These ladies decided to look at my mother In law AFTER SHE PAID, AFTER telling her she’s so pretty, and said “You gained weight”.
What in the world. And you EXPECT a tip when you’re being plain rude. Girl…my first experience eyebrow threading was at your building and it was uncomfortable. Hopefully our experience elsewhere will be wonderful and kind. My mother in law has been going to you guys for a while now. That was extremely rude.
This was my first time using this company. I was very nervous. The Threading tech Sofia was very confident and patient. She displayed good customer service from start to finish. I usually drive to LA for my threading. However, the experience I had and the results of my eyebrows were amazing. I do plan to come back for services. If you are considering using their services don't hesitate they are amazing.
Highly recommend their services.

It was my first time today and I loved it the worker is very gentle and nice 100% recommend
I tried out this place for the first time and I have no complaints! I waited maybe a couple minutes and got in the chair right away! Very friendly and efficient work! I can’t remember the lady’s name that threaded my brows, but she was so so sweet!
I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned and not left too thin. Well she left them uneven and with hair in different areas of my eyebrows
Very disappointed.
I went here to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever, and Sophia did an amazing job! She made sure I was comfortable and was very pleasant (: I walked out of that place feelin super fresh and couldn’t be happier with my brows! I’ll definitely be returning here!!
Sofia is so fast and amazing at what she does she was done in literally 2 minutes highly recommend!
I REALLY wanted to give this place a good review but just can't. I came here due to a recommendation from a coworker. The lady was 20 minutes late showing up to open. Then we had to wait longer because she had to clean. I grew my eyebrows back out for a fresh start. The lady butchered my eyebrows. The left eyebrow had good shape and left thick. The right browwas made extremely thin with patches of hair missing with poor shape. Now I have to start all over again. Sadly, I will never go back.
