Would not go back. Poor service. Seemed more concerned about sweeping the floor and cleaning the menus then helping people. Also my Pina colada was served in a beer mug with short straws ???? And if they were Ames or Nevada, with competition, they wouldn't last very long

We were always wanting to stop and try this restaurant but finally had the opportunity to go last night. The first impression was that it is roomy and felt inviting. Next we experienced some of the most friendly staff we have had anywhere, bar none! Genuine friendly staff. The menu was huge so we asked for some suggestions, and after asking us what we liked we followed their suggestions and were not disappointed! The drinks and food portions were huge!!!

When you go out to dine, the staff sets the tone for how much you will enjoy your food. Sometimes we have forgiven mediocre food for great service, but here we didn't settle because the food was as good as the service!

Ooooooooh so good!! I swear small town Mexican restaurants are THE best! Chips and salsa come automatically but of course we had to get cheese dip. I got the El Pastor tacos, which are made with marinated steak rather than pork but just as devine! And a good amount of margaritas... I couldn't pass them up!! The server presses fresh OJ into them and I can promise you this makes it SO much grander with the gran gala they use as a triple sec. This is now our go to till we leave Iowa!! The servers are beyond attentive even when they're busy. You can really tell they love their job!

I've been a server for 15 years and they are what every guest should except of someone to take care of them... Hence to why we tipped so generously. I hope everyone that comes here experiences the service we did and will help this small town restaurant grow!

Hands down my favorite restaurant to go to in the DSM/Ames metro area. The food is on point every time. The servers get to know you and even have my usual order memorized at this point. Great local business to have in Huxley!

Stopped here for the first time and not disappointed. Getting our food took longer than expected but it was so worth the wait. The food is absolutely fabulous and we will definitely be making back over this way

Ihad heard good things about this new location. Came from out of town to celebrate my birthday with adult kids. Food was adequate, but not what u was expecting. Staff was nice, but service was slow even though there weren't many customers.

I have to say my favorite thing about this Mexican restaurant was their quality of meat as so many are subpar but not here! Lunch specials and a large menu selection.

I was visiting from LA where we have a ton of incredible Mexican restaurants but this place blew me away. My mother and I were both amazed by our meals that were cooked to perfection with the most incredible flavors. It was easy to find healthy options on the menu that were still full of flavor (the menu is huge with something for everyone). The staff was so nice and the restaurant created a pleasant ambiance with modern touches in the decor as well as Aztec themes.
