Tasty food, friendly staff, fast service. Orders tend to be missing an item or two if you have ordered a lot. Make sure to check before leaving the restaurant or when taking delivery.

My muchy box of sweet & sour chicken in batter was a bit soggy & the sause was a bit too watery & tasted off vinegar, I could only eat halve of it & had to discard the rest of it. Next day I went back to the best Chinese for miles around - FULL HOUSE in Grangemouth - their Chicken ???? Kon Sui (hot) has a lovely spicy taste from it, along with the chicken that just melts in ones mouth as with all of their food - go in there at the back of Asda fuel ⛽ station & u won't be disappointed ????

Go there a lot and usually enjoy went on Wed 15th june ordered a thai special chow mein and a Chicken in a tom yum sauce. They gave me the wrong dish and would not listen to me in that regard saying that it was the correct dish but as i always get the same i knew it wasn't they would not change it and were very rude lost a good customer. wont recomend them any more.

After many delicious meals over years from Hong's I visited last night as a takeaway treat for myself and my parents.

It had been over 2 years since my last one as having moved house.

Ordered: Chicken satay starter.... It was so overcooked and dry you could have soled shoes with it nevermind get your teeth thru it!

Tom Yum Chicken was tender but the Tom Yum sauce was watery and no Tom Yum taste or heat!

I saw a munchy box advertised and at £16 I thought it must be good.... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Everything was deep fried (Looked as if they had partially cooked it even before that) THEN chucked in a wok with so much salt that none of us could eat anything!

I called to complain and was advised that no one has complained about that before and that's the way they do it.

No offer of replacement...

No offer of refund...

I have worked in restaurant management for over 20 years and this looks like reheats / pre prepped partially cooked / no fresh cooking or flavour / no proper cooking skills except how to work a fryer and apply excessive amounts of salt!

Possibly different management from years ago!

The worst meal I have ever had! Went straight into the bin!

Very disappointing!

One of the worse Chineses I've had. Chicken balls were cremated, chips were black. Chicken was rubbery. Chilli salt chicken was unedible because of how spicey it was. Really disappointed

Consistently high quality food, friendly staff and effective delivery service. If you don't have a menu, just ask for something. Staff will confirm that they do this, or offer other options. They always point out if there is a deal to be had. Will also make additions to dishes. It's worth a visit, as food preparation is on view - it's amazing!

First time at Hong tonight and we will definitely be returning customers! The chicken in the curries was quite chewy and we prefer it tender bit that personal taste and all in all we were very happy. Quick, inexpensive and very tasty!!
