They are very unfriendly and when I said I had trouble understanding them they refused to repeat themselves.
They also kept saying they would take me in 2 minutes. After being told 2 minutes several times it had been 20 minutes.
I also asked her to pick my cuticles and she did a really poor job and I kept saying that I my cuticles hadn’t been picked enough. She still didn’t do it right and I eventually just have and left.
I love holiday nail spa. I’m a bit of a baby and have had past bad experiences but they took amazing care of me. My nails look amazing and they were so quick and painless. Thank you guys so much. I have dip nail.
I made the mistake of telling them I was from out of town! I think they thought that meant I was not intelligent. I was pleased they let me make an appointment quickly to be seen within the hour. However, while I was on my way to the 5:15 appt, they called me around 5 to tell me they were behind. After 45 minutes, I asked how much longer and they said it would be another 5-7 minutes. My appointment was for bio-gel manicure and they wanted to charge me an additional 15 bucks to file off the bio gel I already had on my nails. Then after waiting 45 minutes, she asked me if I want my cuticles cleaned/clipped. I said, isn't that apart of the manicure? They said, no...that will be an extra 6 dollars. I walked out of the salon and will NEVER return! They are also CASH only! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
It's a great place to get a mani pedi! Prices are reasonable, and the service is the best!
Took me as a walk in. Waited for a tech about 15mins. DUC was worth the wait. A rather quiet man but good at what me does in a decent amount of time.
Horrible service. The employees were very rude with judgmental looks. By far the worst nail salon experience ever. They filed my friends nails crooked and still reacted aggressive in both with her nails and demeanor to my friend and I. After seeing that I decided not to even get my nails done as did she. But she still made us pay 25 dollars after just a file! I also have a small Yorky and they didn’t even let him in but in all the other salons they let my Yorkie in which I understand but my teacup yorkie?
I been a happy costumer for 5 years! I'm glad the tina always take care of me! Some times I need to wait but the wait is worth it ????!
Came with a girlfriend for a Mani pedi. I susally commute from Inglewood to Long Beach for my services but she told me about this place. The shop isn't as fancy as the shops I usually frequent, but don't let that fool you. The technicians all do really great work. Especially Ben, he took care of me for my pedicure, and leg massage. For my Mani I had Helen.
For a regular Mani and pedi $30.thats not bad, I was tired of paying almost $70 for gel Mani and Pedi that lasted a couple of days before they started to peel, and I just removed them messing up my nail bed. I'm staying away from gel until my nails become stronger. Glad I accompanied my friend here.
