I love this place, I only have one issue with them.
When I get a fill, after they apply the fill, they use a full size tip on their small grinding tools and they don't watch the angle at which they are grinding ... it digs a tiny trench into the lowest area of my nail, between my cuticle and the filled nail.
If they would just take care in either the type of tip they use or if they would be more careful about the angle they are holding their grinding tool they could easily avoid it.
But, they are sweet, kind, they otherwise do fantastic work, for a reasonable price.
Really nice and I love my nails the only thing I don’t like is they got the color different then they showed, I asked for a darker blue and I got a lightish teal blue but the service was nice

I've been going to HN since moving into the area. The ladies here have always been friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their attention to detail when I go for a pedicure and manicure.
I went here for more than 6 months with Kim, every two weeks, for shellac fill. She did wonderful with the application and fills, and had absolutely no problem. But life happens, and for personal reasons, could no longer afford to pay for nail care like this. So I went to HN as usual and requested to remove them.
Kim was the lady who also removed my nails.
As you can see in the picture below, she took them off so rough and painfully, that they ripped my actual nails in the middle of the nail, straight through to the nail bed. I remember asking her to be gentle, as she was hurting me and I didn't like it.
She called me a "Big Baby" and told me to grow up.
Lets just say, don't go here. Most of the ladies are rude. Kim was the only one that I thought was nice, as I had a good relationship with her up til this point. But now, I don't think i'll ever pay for fake nails again. Total "rip off".
I’m pretty disappointed in my service and quality that I received. I went in for a full French tip set and was charged 46$ my cuticles were not taken care of, the acrylic was placed over not properly cleaners nails and that’s resulting in my nails looking very grown out. I spent 45 minutes filing and shaping my nails properly after spending 50$ for her to do that herself. I will not being going back to this salon ever again and I will stick to Faith Fitch @faithfulnails I’m instagram.
