I stayed in NJ for about a month and got my nails done here twice when I was there. Their prices are extremely high and unnecessary! The nail work of the techs do not equate the prices they charge for their work. Their shaping was completely off each time, they NEVER made my nails look exactly like the picture I would provide them (an embarrassing what I asked for vs what I got situation), and they don’t even do powder (at least that’s what they said when I asked), but they want to charge me $130-$160 for such mediocre work. I only paid because I was in a program and that was the only salon they’d take me to and I’m one that absolutely NEEDS my nails done no matter what! I’m from the DMV and I normally go to a very professional high end nail tech who actually does powdered nails very well, his shaping is to perfection, and he always accomplishes any look I give him to perfection (if not better), and he charges me less than them… It’s ridiculous! He laughed when I came home from NJ with those nails from Hi tech and just took them off completely to get me right with a whole new set. I’d only recommend this place if you’re getting a simple pedicure, other than that I don’t recommend this place at all! They’re money hungry nail techs that don’t even do good nails.
I was with my sister and were black, and we were looking threw the nails and one of them just takes the basket aways and put it somwhere else. Then a white kid walks in with there mom and plays in the basket but doesn't get it taken away. Its just not fair...
Great service always nice, neat & clean. Go above & beyond to do my design pictures. Amy did 1 set the other a man name Billy is now my only go to tech. He takes his time and appreciate his customers and what he does best. Tell him Ms. Black New Jersey sent you♥️♥️
Yet another awful experience. I called and made an appointment for a gel fill for my nails and a gel fill from my pedicure. I was told once I arrived that AMY (loud, obnoxious and yells in Vietnamese constantly) made the decision that since my nails had to "cut" I would be charged for a full set of gel nails. This place is dishonest and this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I come it's a different price for the exact same services. This person Amy is one of the rudest and nastiest people I have ever encountered. Don't go to this place, go to any other nail salon except for this one. Terrible LIARS. This nail salon is terrible and they will treat you poorly and dishonestly. Especially AMY - Once again one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in the service industry.
Great place... They're funny and good... Amy always makes me feel at home and she's very straight forward with prices... Some things may be a bit more than others but when you wait 5 weeks for a fill, WHO can complain...
Do not go here. It is terrible. They did the worst job I've ever seen. They cut corners by doing things I've never seen done before and ruining my.nails completely. I thought they are the pros so trust the process. Well I was wrong. Not to mention they didn't take any of my wants or needs into consideration and when paying so much for a service you'd think that's what's supposed to happen. Infact when I asked for my nails to be shorter I was told flat out no. When I showed them a pic of what I wanted I was told yes but turns out they didn't even come close. I asked for matte. I got super Shiney nails. The acrylic is over my cuticles and lifting everywhere. 1 guy went and shaped my nails so badly the woman had to come back in and re acrylic. Now as my natural nails grow they will be distorted. Now I have to go spend another 100$ somewhere else to fix this mess. Thanks for nothing. Oh and the place is gross.

Horrible!! I'm not a customer at all at this nail salon but I was in the area and needed my eyebrows done. The lady rushed doing my eyebrows and after she was done didn't wipe them off with oil or anything. Literally 2 minutes or less she spent on my face. Never going back, glad this is not my normal salon I go to..!!
