I love going to this beauty supply store. The customer service is also great the people are always so helpful, and I can always find what I need. When you walk into the store, your always greeted with an hello. And when you leave you always feel like your business was appreciated.
The prices and products are very good and varied. The costumer service is excellent and the energy there is so positive that makes you want to go back.
Such a wonderful experience in this beauty store. Best I've ever had! Customer service is WONDERFUL. They had Christian music playing... just wonderful people. Great selection too! May God bless them ans have their business flourish! They just got another reoccurring customer!
This is my go to place for all my beauty needs. The gentlemen are very friendly and welcoming. The prices too are pocket friendly. I used to go all the way to Jamaica avenue and suffer with the hustle and finally found this store. It is also like 5 minutes drive from my house. Life savor!!
I will not come here again. The lady in the store literally kept following as like I was going to steal something. I spent almost 90$ in the store and when I tried to get my money back for extensions I brought he tried to say it was final sale and only store credit.
This beauty supply store is fully supplied with all the elements to keep a Diva...divalicious! The staff greets everyone with kindness and respect. They stock the lastest and the most sought out items and if they do not carry it they will do their best to get it. I'm so glad we finally got a supply store for our community and surrounding areas.

Got two wigs here for a deal of buy 2 get 10% off. My sister and I was assisted by Jessica who was great and very helpful. The experience was great from the beginning and middle but towards the end I was not feeling this place. Even the garrulous Asian guy at the register was very friendly and funny. Our experience turned sour when the guy at the register tried the old switch and bait on us. Be very careful! Not just with the quiet ones but people who try to talk so much and be extra friendly, so that you’re distracted by their magic tricks.
Anyways, I like to scan my receipts to see what I saved but oddly when I got in the car with my sister I couldn’t find the receipt. So I had my sister go in. The man told her he was unable to print the receipt and wrote on a piece of paper the price. I decided to go inside myself and requested that he give me my receipt.
Magically he was able to print my receipt. When I scanned it I noticed this joker charged us $10 more on both of the wigs we got. Then he yelled out to Jessica that the price should be more because of the type of wig it is. She told him it’s the price that’s on the mannequin and it’s what she told him initially when he asked how much it was. I distinctly remember him asking her for the price and she telling him the correct price...which is weird because he charged me more...thing is if he scanned it the price should of came up right?
I’m sure he decided that it needed to be more and changed it without telling me. Then tried to not give us our receipt and started talking us to death and making us try free lotion, so we will forget. Don’t be fooled people. Always look at your receipt. I most likely will not visit here again. I can’t stand deceitful people. Sad because he claims to be a Christian. Definitely not Christ like....Scratch a lie, find a thief... It’s just as simple as that.
The staff there is great, they help you out. And they are not rude or tail you around like the usual stores. A little more pricey when compared to Jamaica or Brooklyn but its a good place to get wigs or extensions
