I have been coming to this nail salon for years and I am always very pleased with the quality of work and the friendliness of the staff. The owner is also very kind and takes customer happiness seriously and values quality as well. They have a rewards system so you get points for each visit that can redeemed into a cash value on your services. They also offer complimentary drinks and have wine for purchase as well. It’s a very modern but relaxing atmosphere and I enjoy the time I’m in the salon! The only way I would stop coming here is if they closed or I moved to a new city!

i went here for the first time and had an amazing experience!! everyone was super friendly and Joyce did a french tip gel manicure for me. she was so sweet and the atmosphere was really nice. she took her time on my nails and paid really close attention to detail to make sure they were perfect. i will definitely come back! :)

I've been coming to herbal nail Scottsdale for many years and my overall experience has been positive. Staff is friendly the salon is clean and well maintained. They will fix problems I believe within 10 days but I could be wrong. Please call to confirm. The manager or the owner (Rinal?) is very friendly and always has nice creative nails to show me and is willing to correct unsatisfactory job as long as you're reasonable. Joyce is good at liquid gel and design nails. I heard AJ also does design but i personally haven't had her, so I can't comment.

My daughter and I have established a monthly mommy daughter day where we enjoy lunch and then get pedicures. We had not found a regular nail salon to go to until today. Briana and Kaye had great energy and they were super awesome with my daughter who tends to be very chatty. We will definitely be back.

We were in the Scottsdale area when we decided to visit this location. Took appointment 2 hours prior. Exceptional service and great relaxing atmosphere. Reception was very welcoming. Staff really know what they are doing. Final result was of very high quality. We are very pleased with the service provided, will visit back once we get chance.

I had a mani pedi And a full St. of nails Brian did my nails and was truly extraordinary! The young man who did my pedicure was also fabulous. I am just visiting however prior to departing I will see them again, they were fabulous and the whole process took an hour and 25 minutes. I am extremely happy!???? thank you guys for a job beyond well done!

I went here a little before Christmas and had a terrible experience but the owner reached out to make it right and this second experience was a lot better. Aj did my nails and she took the time and care to shape each nail, she even patched up my actual nail because it had chipped and in the previous experience that nail tech did not do that. I appreciate that they chose to make it right

Kai Was my nail technician. Linda did my pedicure. They were both amazing. Very attentive to detail and very very personable and kind. I can’t wait to go back again. I highly highly recommend Kai if you want somebody who is very focused on detail. If you want an amazing pedicure ask for Linda.
