Saw Alex today for my first ever waxing appointment and had an amazing experience! Was beyond nervous and anxious as I have sensitive skin and usually have issues, but there was hardly any pain at all and it went by super quick! Alex is awesome and made me feel at ease and provided great advice! I'm obsessed with the results and totally hooked now! Signed up for the membership and will be scheduling regular appointments for sure!

I liked Alex and she was really nice to work with! However, this was the most painful Brazilian wax I've ever received (I'm not new to waxing). Even almost 24 hours later I'm still in a lot of pain and stinging. We started with sugaring but it was too painful so Alex stopped and charged me for a regular wax instead of sugar, which I appreciated. However, I got my eyebrows waxed and would definitely come back for brows!

I needed a waxing and got recommended Sugar Wax, did not regret it!! My wax person (Rae) made me feel so comfortable, so sweet & caring, etc. Overall great experience and great wax! If ever in town, will definitely come back!

The waxing was great, but I was really disappointed with the lash tint. I had tint all over my lower and upper lids afterwards. The technician also didn’t leave the tint on for more than two minutes so several hours later my lashes didn’t look tinted at all. I’m reaching out to ask for a refund on the tint.

This had high reviews but maybe my aesthetician was having an off day. Her hard wax application was extremely thick and she didn't let it dry enough before pulling. Additionally, she was very friendly and had asked me some questions and a few minutes later repeated the exact same ones? However, she is very friendly and noticed the wax wasn't working well so she used the sugar wax which felt really nice.

I had an appointment at 9:20 a.m.. I was waiting for 15 minutes until I finally got on the phone with somebody. They had to text the aesthetician and ask where they were at. She then tells them she has an emergency to attend and won’t be making it. I just wish I would’ve known sooner and it was handled more professionally.

I was a little nervous but Mariah T was awesome. I thought it would be so painful, but it wasn't that bad. She was very professional and I'll be returning in 4 weeks.

Alex was amazing she did a great job each time.

However scheduling was annoying and customer service is snarky and mean girl "nice" I was booked 2 times and canceled for no show or other reasons. One of the no shows I wasn't even alerted of the cancel so I waited 40 minutes outside the door for absolutely nothing. When I text CS they told me they were sorry I didn't see their text alert of the cancelation- they never text me!

Customer service is the portion that irritated me so much it's not worth the 20 min drive even with such a great waxer. I've had more than these 2 instances of bad customer service that idc to type out.
