I went in during a super busy time (about 11am on a Tuesday) and was asked to set an appointment for later in the afternoon since no one was available to do what I had wanted, which was totally fine. I returned at my appointment time and requested short acrylic nails with a two-tone gel manicure.
The gentleman who did my nails was accomodating, professional and kind. He got my finger when cutting down the acrylic and he apologized. He also got my cuticle when filing and he apologized again.
The process was as expected, but he didn't seem too satisfied with a couple of the nails as he did them. So he went back a few times to redo them- he filed them down again and then repainted them. I did end up with a couple chunky fingernails and my nails beneath hurt last night from all of the filing. I felt bad for not giving him more of a tip, but I did not feel completely satisfied with the work. As i mentioned, I've got some chunky bois.
This place came highly rated by a friend of mine, and I'm sad that it didn't live up to my expectation. I don't think I'll be going back.

First, they seem to be well organized and they're very kind. They had my number and information from my first visit which made my second appointment set-up quick.
Second, I got fillers for both of my appointments. Paul was my nail tech for both times. He did an amazing job and was very sweet.
Again, I will definitely come back!
Amazing place and amazing people! Been going here for several months now and love it! They get you in right away, listen to what it is that you want and always do an amazing job! I’ve taken my daughter here several times and they’re so patient with her! Our nails always look amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Helens nails is the absolute best!!!! 50 STARS!!!
I love this nail salon. Every time I go is like go to your friends. Very skilled nail professional. I have also done my eyebrows and they know exactly how to make them perfect. Totally recommend.
They actually had chrome in different colors, how awesome is that!
If you want to be turned down not once but twice this is the place for you… the only experience I’ve had with them is turning me down once for a full set and once for a pedicure
I needed to get Acrylics for a special event and they were able to fit me in no problem. They accept walk-ins but I suggest making an appointment. Paul is who does my nails and he always does a wonderful job. If you want color changing gels they don't have a huge selection, so I would bring your own. Extremely happy with the service and I will be going back next week! The picture below is my current color
Did a fantastic job on my nails! They have been on for a month and still look great! Service was fast and the staff was lovely! I will be back for sure!
