Cathy the owner did a fantastic job on my nails. I got dip, the color is great and everything is nice and smooth! She really took her time to make sure I was satisfied. I will be returning in a few weeks to get my nails done again!

I was recommended to go to Harwich Nails by a customer that comes into my work. She said Tyler is “the best and very detail oriented” and my GOODNESS!! He did not disappoint!! I went very basic for my first visit but this salon will absolutely be my new go-to! Cathy and Tyler were very friendly and the salon is clean with a great vibe. 10/10, will definitely be back. Thank you again, Tyler!

2 words STAY AWAY!

Worst customer service etiquette I have experienced at a nail salon. Was recommended this place by a nurse I work with and I honestly was beyond disappointed.

The lady all of a sudden assumed I’m not from the area and right from the beginning she mentioned how I could get the nails (gelX) when I return to where I’m from. LOL beyond professional!

Minimal care or effort when associating with a customer from 3 of the staff members sitting around so busy on their phones. The guy doing my nails was so passive throughout the entire process. I showed him multiple nails he had left polish residue on and he said that’s okay? it’s absolutely not when you’re going to be doing powder over my nails that aren’t clean. Didn’t let me wash my hands before applying the polish, never applied any lotion or gel after the service. Absolutely hate how my nails came out. Just cheap, less than mediocre service at best. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!

Ps they also won’t mention you get charged when using a credit card. You’ll only see it after it’s been charged.

Horrible business establishment!

Went in for gel manicure removal. He didn’t get it all off and damaged one nail. Never even said he was sorry. Left me sitting overly long with remover all over my hands ! Will never go back there

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE ON CAPE!!! always super nice and accommodating. Tyler can do almost any design you ask for and it always looks just like the picture you show him! If you need a sign to go here this is it :))

I go here regularly for my dip nails and toes. Cathy is excellent, professional & a sweetheart. I have recommended her & Tyler for any of their services. The place is always neat & clean.

TYLER, TYLER, TYLER!!! I wanted French Tips and boyyy did I get them! I was asked "low or high," Which I have never gotten asked before. The color was the basic white, which I was not disappointed with because he killed! SYMMETRY? Perfect. THE FOCUS? Beautiful. CONVERSATION? The best I've had with a nail tech. It was a great experience and I wish I lived in this area so I could come back daily!!
