Food and portions excellent. This visit they forgot an item and no prawn crackers which is not the usual standard of service so will forgive and see what happens next visit. Otherwise we've.always been very happy customers and Haka is first choice for Friday night Chinese.

Been going to the Haka for over 15 years but last night i ordered a takeaway and was told there would be an hour and a half wait which i was ok with. When i went to pick my order up 1 and a half hours later i was told that they had run out of some items i had ordered so was asked to changed some items, which i did, and was told it would take an extra 10 minutes. 30 minutes later my food order arrived. Whilst i was waiting in the shop for the extra 30 minutes it was obvious what was happening. It seems they now prioritise online home delivery orders over people who order and pick it up, like me, meaning other orders were being cooked instead of mine. Such a shame that they are ignoring customers who order direct and keep them waiting in the shop so they can fulfill online delivery orders instead to meet delivery times. Excellent food as always but not worth a 2 hour wait and having delivery orders taking priority over yours. Guess i will be finding another chinese takeaway from now on.

We ordered from this Chinese place on a wim so we weren’t sure what to expect. But expectations were by far exceeded! Yummy food and friendly staff. Decent prices too - they only accept cash tho.

It was OK but I am ever so sorry but my wife and i really expected to be impressed and instead we found the food to be average at best.

Moved to Maidenhead and had to find new places to eat. This was recommended and they were right. Very good food, friendly staff in a quiet location so parking is ok. Cash only though

Best Chinese in Maidenhead. Crispy chilli beef is amazing.

The first time I tried this place i was pretty disappointed. But i always give takeaways a couple of tries, because they tend to be good at some dishes and rubbish at others. For my second try, i went for prawns in a spicy black bean sauce; it was very tasty. Staff are still friendly and quick. Prawn crackers still aren't up to scratch but that's hardly the end of the world.

Best Chinese takeaway in Maidenhead! Lovely staff, great food, reasonable prices. It's been our go-to takeaway since we first tried it and we've loved every dish we've had. I'd highly recommend the Singapore Noodles and Crispy Chilli Beef
