Don’t ever go there! Their customer service is horrible, and their return policy is fraudulent and ridiculous.

Very disrespectful and inconsiderate.

I left and came back to the store within 10 mins because the flex rod that I bought was too short. I did not open the product or even remove the plastic. (I do not live in the area)

They refused to give me back the money and did not have a similar product To exchange for.

They offer only store credit which I didn’t want because I’m not coming back to this area again..

Black people Dont give them your business!!!

TERRIBLE!!!

Recently I had a disheartening experience with this establishment. The worst part of it is that had been a loyal customer for over 6 years and one interaction completely overshadowed this. As an Asian-run business servicing the black community and specifically Black women, you would think they would show their consumer base more respect, unfortunately, that is not the case. I went into this store on a Sunday and rushed to purchased Marley hair to finish my hair to go to an event. One hour later I realized I picked up color 27 instead of the 30 I meant to because they were so similar. I returned to the store because I have exchanged a purchase several times before with no problem. I entered and began speaking with one of their service associates I knew very well asking about their return policy and engaging in casual conversation. As I placed the hair I intended to purchase in the bag and began walking with the associate up to the register, the young Asian male (one of the managers) walks up to me abruptly and yells at me saying WE DON'T DO RETURNS HERE, YOU NEED TO GO! He then invades my personal space and grabs the item out of my hands and walks away from me. As shaken as I was, I mustered up the courage to give him a piece of my mind and tell him how disrespectful and disgusting his behavior was. Upon all the business I have given this establishment, to just assume that I was stealing, without an attempt to engage me in conversation, on top of physically and abruptly grabbing something out of my hands IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC, is pitiful. Furthermore, I urge my black community members to continue to invest in Black-Owned businesses. It is made clear time and time again that Asian beauty supply businesses view the Black community as an opportunity to line their pockets and not a people worth servicing with common respect.

Terrible customer service. The owner and his family will watch you like a hawk. And are extremely rude and disrespectful.

The braiders at the back of the are very kind, but the people who work at checkout can be a bit abrasive and don't enjoy making conversation.

I been here once, I was followed in the store but I didn’t have any problems at all. They carried the products I was looking for. Not too many other options in the area. Considering driving 70 miles to CT for beauty supply store with better reviews.

FYI just because someone isn’t following you like a shadow in any other store, doesn’t mean they aren’t watching you like a hawk in their loss prevention department ????
