Went in as a walk-in wanting a few inches trimmed off. There were 2 super sweet ladies that greeted me when I walked in and I was immediately serviced. They both worked with each other to cut my hair. They ended up straightening it as well with no extra charge! The service was super quick and my hair looks great! The price is also super reasonable. Love it, will be returning again.
I have been here many times before and they are average, nothing special. This time, the lady was nice on the first day, all three haircuts were ok. When I got home, I noticed my son's haircut was uneven, so I took him back the next day to get his fixed and my own cut. The lady did not apologize and was irritated and rude even though it was her mistake. She fixed it a bit and then only when I pointed out the other mistakes she she fixed those as well, but seemed annoyed the whole time. Then when it was time for my own haircut she just refused to do it. She took another person before me and I still waited, and then when it was my turn she still said no. She said she had other customers, but they had arrived after me. Then she just flat out said she would not cut my hair. I will not be returning here again. Horrible rude service and haircuts rushed and not good either.
I bring my son here when he’s ready for a cut. I’ve never been disappointed. They are always so kind and accommodating. Reasonably priced considering the hard work they put into each customer.

The best salon in Augusta. The employees are helpful and always greet you with a smile. They can cut the whole family quickly and efficiently. It should have 10 stars.
It was my and my 16 year old daughters first time getting a professional haircut and the head stylist did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone.
I went here because it was the only place open after I got out of work. There were a few people ahead of me, but they were taken care of quickly. I went in for a drastic chop - like over a foot of hair taken off and I love it. They're so great and you can't beat the price. Definitely coming back again!
