Exuberant prices. Terrible service. No returns and no store credit given for defected products. I give them a negative 10!
Please do not waste your time going to this place . I wish I could give this place and the owner a -5 stars review. 0-star is too much. I walked in and asked the unhelpful, unhappy owner a question. I guess she was having a very bad day with a horrible attitude. After that encounter; I did not want to interact or spend any money in that place. She was disappointed because I would not allow her to disrespect me. There is not anything in that store worth purchasing with her poor business ethics. She clearly does not understand the business motto! She’s dumb! Needless to say, she should have felt dumbfounded for acting so out of character or maybe that was her character? It’s sad when an owner can’t answer simple questions without getting upset. I wasted 10 minutes out of my life that I cannot ever get back! She was simply disappointed because I did not purchase an item from her store. She acted so immaturely..Oh wow, she is an adult?
DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I’m only putting a one because I cannot give them a zero rating! This place is terrible. I frequented this store for years and didn’t have any problems until recently. I came I to the store to spend a lot of money this particular day and asked what isle the human hair lace wigs were. The staff responded but it was unable to understand what she was saying. She did not try to take me to the isle either like most other stores would. I politely asked again because she was speaking so quickly and was hard to understand. The woman replied “do you not understand English?” All I could do was stare at her in shock and disgust and left the store. My aunt was with me and discussed with the manager of the store what happened and he was no help at all. I’M NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN AND SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER. This store appeared in a black owned beauty supply search and it is NOT BLACK OWNED.
I was a satisfied customer for "Many Years" shopping for my personal items at Hair Q. In the past months, my satisfaction has turned to Dissatisfaction and "NEVER" will I return to this store.
I was attempting to decide on a purchase and asked a question. The female working provided a unprofessional response, this is unacceptable.
Also, not every customer who enter your store is a potential thief, may of us are respected professionals.
Please consider staff training for interpersonal skills for your employees before you lose more customers.
Great place for all my hair care needs. They carry a great selection of ethnic hair products for all types of hair textures. The sales clerks are always nice to me when I go in there.

Will never be coming back here again. Upon arriving, I walked in and greeted the cashier, only to be ignored as if I wasn’t even there. As I made my way to the back of the store to find the hair I was looking for, I overheard a rather unpleasant interaction between a customer and one of the employees. The customer was asking if she could see the other colors of a wig she wanted before choosing the shade that she liked best. The employee was very crass and short with her, and spoke to the woman as if she was annoyed with her. She even began yelling and condescendingly told her that she “was not going to pull out eight different boxes so she could see the different shades that they had.” and demanded that she just choose something and pay for it. I was absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the staff. Do not spend your money here, these people have no business running a store if they are not going to treat paying customers with basic respect and politeness. Support a black owned business instead.
