Much better customer service then they used to have. I'm a local braider and this is my go to beauty supply, they have better prices compared to other beauty supplies. The owners are pretty cool and do well with stocking up on popular items. If you've had a bad experience in the past I'd recommend you try them again. You just may be surprised.

This is my store I've been going to since they opened up since day one since I was a lil gal I was real little I was about 10 or 11 I'm now 44 yrs old so I ve been with them for years also been with another beautiful beauty place too that moved but I found them so yes I'm good but I pray some one good finds this place and buys it. This is one of the most pleasant Beauty Supplies I've ever patronized! This business is full of good, quality black haircare products...at reasonable prices. They're grateful to their customers and it shows. With every purchase, they give you a reusable face mask...Brand new and sealed! Working in the community to curb COVID and keeping businesses open! Kudos!

Staff makes you feel welcomed and they are helpful if you need help locating an item, which is exactly happened to me. This hair store is pretty large and has a large variety of hair, hair products and small things like nail polish and eyelashes (located in the check out area.)

The store manger, who refused to give me his name, stole $30 dollars from me.

I went to this establishment to purchase braiding gel, edge control, and braiding hair. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a nightmare, and ended with the manger failing to give me everything I purchased.

I returned to the store bright and early the next day, waited for the manager to get there and shakes him my receipt, as well as looked at the security tapes with him to prove I never left the store with the items. After admitting he couldn’t tell where he placed my items he refused to have BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and would not give me the items I paid for.

THIS HAIR STORE IS PREDOMINANTLY FOR THE BLACK COMMUNITY, BUT LACKS RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS AND THE MONEY THAT WE SPEND THERE.

Please do not give your money to this establishment.

I shop here all the time as rhey always have Cantu Brand products for my daughter's hair. They are close to home , reasonably priced , well stocked and very nice until today. I have been running around town looking for a black face mask. Its my daughter's school Homecoming dance and she tells me last mi ute she would like a black or burgundy mask to match her dress. I go

to HairPlus beauty supply and he has one behind the counter but will not sell it to me and would not say why. It was still wrapped new. He brought out other colors but would not sell me the black one. Had to go to Ebony down the street and they had one left. I have found a new beauty supply in Ebony. I will never go back to Hair Plus Supply.

The owners here are not only rude, they are incredibly RACIST. They follow black women around the store assuming they will steal and yet expect those same women to continue patronizing their business. You should absolutely go to a different beauty supply store. I would NEVER step foot into this trash store again. I sincerely hope people read all of the reviews on this place because the refrain is the same. I urge you to find a different place shop and spend you more money more consciously than putting money into their pockets.
