I bought a 80$ headband wig curly style 10 inch HORRIBLE!!!!!! It matted and tangled in the back!!! I tried everything nothing worked. Then I bought a pair of jeans shorts I know the return policy which is ridiculous it's like if it's over 7 days they won't do anything!!! I never wore the shorts at least a credit! Especially because of the wig which I didn't take in because of the shorts I knew they would do nothing!!! My thing is I shop at your store enough that there should be some considerations when things don't work out in my humble opinion. I'll keep coming back. Now I will never ever go back.
It serves it's purpose. It doesn't seem as if they keep up with their inventory. When something brings out either they don't get it again or they have it weeks after. Of course, they can barely speak English and they don't know anything about the hair or products to be able to help with questions, but they know what's popular. This was my first time back since they reopened after the quarantine when a young boy working refused to put his mask on after an older employee asked him to do so. The mask thing wouldn't have bothered me if the young boy giving attitude about putting his on wasn't doing so I'm front of us customers after one of us expressed concern about him not having one on.

Owner really knows how to make the most of space. Every inch of the store is filled no joke there is no wall space. I suggest asking clerk for help. Aisle are narrow difficult passing other customers.
They always have just what I'm looking for at the last minute. This is my go to place. I love it.
Love the inventory prices could be better but hey gotta pay for what cha want. Lol
