Friendly and helpful service. Lots of choices of hair. Variety of hair supplies. As a Black woman not all beauty supplies have what I need, but they did.
They charged me more than the sticker price. They were friendly but its a little over prices when compared to other local beauty supply stores. They do not have the latest items although the have a extensive selection. If you're look to get that old thing back, this store is for you.

I am beyond happy with Hair Factory & Beauty Supply! I called before arrival because I am new to the area and am very unsure of where I can find wigs. During my phone call, all of my needs and concerns were met. When I arrived, there was a sign that said I need an appointment to enter the premises. I called the location, told them I was at the back entrance, and was allowed entry by Kirsten (I apologize, I do not know the correct spelling of her name, but I will be sure to correct her name spelling the next time I visit! Yes, I will visit this location again!) I had great assistance throughout my entire experience here! Kirsten was very helpful and knowledgeable of my wanted big afro look and was successfully able to find me 3 amazing options that I am absolutely in awe with and am enjoying every moment of them! There prices are very reasonable, too! OH!!! AND GUESS WHAT??!?!?!! THE HAIR IN MY PROFILE PICTURE IS FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! DO YOU LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO ? ???? This is the best beauty supply store in Ontario don't hesitate to hear for whatever you need they have
It has most of the beauty supplies needed for interlocs, braids, eyelashes, and very colorfully done hair for braiding. Many different styles of wigs, from Afrocentric to European styles. I was looking for large twists with a silky smooth finish for interlocs. They did not have it in their supplies.
This store employee is not customer friendly or professional. The cashier ignored me when I was the only person in the store. I got the feeling he did not want to interact with me because I am African American. I will never shop there again.
