We have been going here for almost 20 years. We absolutely love Monica and all the friendly girls when we have needed a fill in are just as great. They do an amazing job of listening and trying to understand exactly what you want. I've never seen anyone leave here unhappy or without a smile.

Showed up as a walk-in, they were able to get me in and get me the cut and style I wanted literally in 15 minutes! And it was what I wanted, vs other places I've been who took forever and made my hair look like trash.

This place was great! Showed her the photo of what I wanted, and she made it happen.

I've used the business before for a haircut and the stylist was super helpful and super great. She did an excellent job cutting my hair. I had another appt scheduled for today to just get a haircut and I guess the stylist I was scheduled with called out due to back pain. Which I understand. They did try and call me to notify me, but I missed the call. I tried to call back twice and no one ever answere3d so I arrived for my appt time 15 minutes early. I waited for 15 minutes and then someone came and asked if I had been helped. I said no and told them I had an appt with so and so. The woman said "oh yes she's out today but this lady can help you." From the back I hear "well I tried to call her to tell her I didn't have time but no one answered" to which I replied that I tried to call back twice with no answer. Great cuts but there is too much competition in Washington to just stick to this place. I am a mom of three and work full time. The simple joys of just getting a hair cut are few and far between and I was so disappointed that i needed to reschedule. So 3 stars for good cuts, but didn't give 4 or 5 due to scheduling conflict and lack of communication.

The girls here are great. Vicki has been cutting my husband's hair for a while. She always does a great job. I recently brought my youngest daughter in for a cute pixie cut and Rhonda was amazing. My daughter really liked her and her haircut.

Debbie did a great job cutting my hair. She did exactly what I wanted. She's professional and shared a styling idea towards the end that put the perfect finishing touch on my cut.

Chrystal listened to me and did my hair the way I wanted it. Very nice people. Was not shocked at the price, very reasonable. There was no hard selling for "product ". I am so glad! I will go back.
