I come to this store for EVERYTHING. I bought a wig not knowing it was final sale, tried to switch it out but was unable. I didn't install wig, cut lace, nothing it was perfect condition and i packaged it all right back correctly but it did not match the look of the wig on the mannequin, i’m going on vacation so pretty upset about being out of $70. Thankfully someone put me on to Beautiful You Beauty Supply they have HUMAN hair wigs for affordable prices. If you’re coming here for wigs just beware not all are as they look it’s not the first time i’ve had this happened the last one this happened with i was fortunately able to work with it but the one i wasted $70 on is not fixable it looks crazy.

1st time there & we went looking for some press on nails for my daughter. She actually found one's that she liked. The staff was friendly & the wait wasn't too bad

Very nice and polite employees and or owners. Clean,well stocked,very helpful. There are a lot of things in the Hair Depot. Very reasonable prices. I will be back.

This is all we got in our pack of 16” hair. Got charged as if the full two bundles were in there and yet this was it. Only bought two packs thinking that a good amount of hair would be in there. My hair stylist was barely able to make it work. You can tell they are cutting the hair too. One pack of hair was way shorter than the other. She didn’t even have to fully extend her arms to hold it out. Don’t buy from them. They are out here scamming people.

This is my GO-TO when I need a new look for a decent price. The crochet hair selection is CRAZY! The clothing & make-up section is pretty nice, too. You'd be hard pressed not to be able to fine SOMETHING. The associates are friendly, helpful & honest. I limit myself to one trip a month so I don't overspend.

Very large store!!! Not very organized. Very large stock of l weave, braiding hair, wigs, crochet hair, hair products, clothing, lashes, not a lot of make up product's , they did have a selection of bluetooth speakers that was interesting!! Ring lights with tripod stands... prices could have been better on most of their merchandise.

I rate this store 1star because the costumer service the 2 men were rude staring at me and began speaking their language and then charged me for a pair of earrings I hot that wasn't even in the bag!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place. Definitely my Go-To for any hair supplies.
