Very cold and impersonal from the start. Made me wish I had cut my own hair after it was over. I tried to look past the forcible placement of my head for her to cut my hair by her finger jabbing into my head, but the broadcast of my shirt inside out to all the staff and patrons of this establishment was a bit too much. I actually thought she was talking to someone across the room. I'm 61 and farsighted, disabled by a low back surgery and neck problems. I do well to just get dressed on my own. I guess it's more important to try and make fun of me. I still tipped her with the hope she might have some guilt of how she treated me. Will I go back? Would you?

They did really well, giving me exactly what I was wanting after walking in and giving a brief verbal description of my idea. She clarified as she went to make sure of any specifics that I hadn't already stated. It was fast and super affordable. I would definitely go back here. I have anxiety when it comes to hair salons because of some bad experiences in the past, but I felt very comfortable here.
I have been taking my boys to get a haircut here since they were 3 and 4 yrs old!! Brittany always does their hair and has never disappointed!!! She is the best!!! If you are going to get a haircut make sure brittany takes care of you!!!
