This place is my go to for all my hair supplies. Awesome service and the owner always throws a few samples in my bag so I can try and review new products for the shelves. I absolutely love coming here!
I went here to bleach my hair. I explained to them that I dyed my have 2 in one week and asked if it was ok to bleach it back to original color.They said of course. She sold me 2 /50 .They said live in for 40 minutes.Thank goodness I started to feel burning sensation on my head I took it out in 20 minutes. As I was in the shower chunks of hair fell out. My hair was on my lower back now it's on my neck very unhappy ????
No one helps u, all extentions I saw were dark colors or bleach blonde, no nice browns. All wigs r long, no variety. I won't go back.
I love this hair city location on burnside, everyone there is amazing all the girls in there will keep it 100 with you especially when you ask for their advice. Lee is really nice and seems to care about his customers more than your average beauty supply. Everyone in there is great I see no reason for disappointment.
During this quarantine I wanted to do a few hair projects, so I went down to Hair City. They are adjusting to the given times and only doing curbside pickup. I pulled into the parking lot and called the store. An awesome associate grabbed all of the products I needed and brought them to the window to see if it was the right product. *I had to do some quick google searches to make sure I was asking for the right thing.*
I was rung out over the phone and my products were brought to my car window by the owner (in a mask and gloves.) I’m amazed by the service I received today, and just wanted to say thanks for making it possible!
Not that many styles of crochet hair for me. Mia's in Hartford it's definitely my choice of hair store.
