EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Such a mean a rude customer service! I came in today and try to look for hair extensions in rush formy japan trip tomorrow , right when I came in the lady looked me so mean, I asked for tape in hair extensions, she said dont have but I think should have so I looked arround for 2-3 minutes then show her the pics she said she got but it kind of short for what I looking so I just hold the package and look at some wigs, i just feel the texture of hair to see if it soft and she yelled: dont touch hair.. I said” sorry!’ Cause I understanday be it a rule( even the other customers keep touching the hair without she said nothing… then she said let me hold your package, I thought she will hold for me at cashier for check out later… but end up she put back where it was and looked at me so mean( she told me to get 2 package to mixed and spent with cash 2 for$210 which is I got in Amazon only $44 for each but i need it right the way so I am willing to pay $95 for the 14 “ I told her I dont have enough $210 in cash for the othe too) then after that sho looked down on me, thought I couldnt pay it! What a stupid customer service! I been there several times before and the uncle treated me nice cause I had my chemo so I purchased lots of wigs before! Never return definitely!
By the way that the owner’ s daughter! Which is I read the reviews and yup she always have that behavior! Surprise that they still on their business! Gonna running one with a good customer service on this area!
I ordered for around 450 pounds from UK for amazon the guy who was serving me once he received the payment now he doesn't answer the phone. I would suggest anyone doing amazon do not waste your money here.
Don't get trapped in their sweet talks. They are fraud and didn't return my money that I send them for my Amazon business. My application got rejected and now I didnt get my money back. I have been requesting from last 15 days.

Ummm the male was so gentle and sweet with me about getting my first wig in Hawaii. My hair is water and bleach damaged and he was so encouraging. Really appreciated going in and buying from him. He explained all the how to’s and was super kind. ????????????
He is doing fraud online,he took your money and didnot send you supplier be aware,he is fraud.especially he wont send you amazon supplies.
I normally don’t post reviews, but I’ve NEVER in my life felt so disrespected as a customer! Went in to look at getting some wigs, and I asked the owner’s daughter (according to her) one question about their human-hair wigs since I’ve never bought a real wig before. It was a legit question about if real wigs (human-hair) can contain head lice and if she knew her wigs were processed/ checked for that. After she said she “hopes the manufacturer checks all the wigs,” she laughed at me and turned to a customer that was in the same row as me, and said, “how’s this girl asking me if my wigs have head lice?” She told me I was rude and my question was rude and told me “I can leave now” and “get out!” and then she walked away.
I felt very disrespected, offended, and even felt racial profiling from owner’s daughter! I only asked a simple & legit question and didn’t deserve to be treated with such disrespect. I would NEVER recommend this shop!! If I could give negative stars I would!!
I took my wife today to go get a wig & I don’t know why people are tripping in these reviews. The owner was very nice & walked my wife through the process of applying the wig, gave me a $100 discount since I paid in cash and even threw in a free hair stand & wig cap!
Yeah it’s a little pricey, I paid $420 for everything, but you get what you pay for people! Nobody is gonna sell 100% REAL human hair here in Hawaii for much cheaper than that.
I'mma tell y'all something... I shopped at another Beauty Discount store in the area and the customer service was shifty at best and the prices were ridiculous. When I stepped in it Hahn's Beauty today I was like a kid in a candy store. The owner greeted us with great customer service and was so friendly and funny, best personality in the world. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will also make sure I tell everybody about this shop.
