The staff is amazing. They have a bunch of hair products for all hair types. There’s variety of hair to choose from. They even have a wig room with so many options. The store is always clean, well organized. They have so many nice eyelashes, bows for girls, & jewelry to choose.

Beautiful rhinestone lashes found at H&J ! a variety of lashes that I love can also be found , I find a new style each time I enter.

I’m never the type to do reviews but 0/10! I highly don’t recommend!! It’s not good customer service. I tried to return a wig that I didn’t even touch. I haven’t even had a complete 24hrs! Realizing it’s the wrong style. They couldn’t even let me return it or get my money back or exchange it for something else. Never coming back here again!

When the Asians were the only sales reps here, it used to be nice. They valued the customer and were very helpful. Unfortunately, they "diversified" their employees. Don't even bother shopping here if you are white. You can feel the hatred as soon as you walk in the door. If you're a "person of color" you'll get prompt attention. If not, they will ignore you completely, with a scowl. I used to spend hundreds of dollars at this store. Now I'm going to watch with pleasure as it gradually sinks into bankruptcy. Service is everything.

They’re jewlery is so worth it!! And they have a variety of different products for hair.

Asked them about a certain wig I was looking for after making a purchase. She told me to go to the back and she'll send someone to help me. So I'm waiting around for quite awhile. After awhile I peeped there was a worker behind the counter not doing anything. So I start to walk in front of the store and the same Asian lady who said she was gonna send someone to help me said "Hello can I help u?" And I said I guess u completely forgot about me that quickly but it's fine." And she was like "Oh." So I just walked out. Never doing business with them again...going across the street.
