The Grooming Room is a perfectly wonderful place for our pets. I have a difficult cat and was in great need of having his claws clipped. I searched for a local groomer as we are new to the area and found they would take him that day. He had two mats that were in need of removing but he will not let me brush him. Just getting him into a carrier is difficult but they told me once he was in the carrier to bring him right in.

The mats are gone and his claws are clipped and they were so kind not only to the cat, but to me. Thank you so much to this business and staff. I will return!!

We are new to this area and I’m so happy I gave Grooming Room a chance. We walked in off the street and Judy greeted us immediately. She was able to get my 2 small chihuahua’s in for a nail trimming within a few minutes and did an incredible job trimming their nails. Both of my boys have anxiety issues due to past groomers being excessively rough with them and cutting their quicks til they bleed so I let her know their past and she was able to do an excellent job trimming their nails without harming them or even cutting 1 of their quicks too short. She was calming to my dogs and myself and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family members who need her services. Thank you Judy and Grooming Room! You definitely have our business from now on ????????❤️????

The only positive things I can say about this business is that it was easy to get an appointment and it was comparatively inexpensive compared to most groomers, but I guess you get what you pay for. I asked for a simple grooming (brushing and some minor cutting from the fur on my dogs haunches due to matting). She is a German Shephard mix with an extremely sensitive undercoat, much like huskies and Alaskan malamutes. Because of this I specifically requested for her NOT to be shaved. Not only did they completely ignore this request, or it was forgotten by the receptionist and not communicated to the groomer, but there was 0 care put into the shave itself, leaving her coat in this condition on the back of her legs, under her thighs, belly, and her private region. I do NOT recommend taking dogs with more sensitive grooming requirements to this business unless you don't care if their coat is destroyed. I'm sure this spot is fine for simple shaves and minor grooming, but outside of this I would air on the side of caution, and make sure you communicate adamantly what you need them to do and not do.

My three dogs love the Grooming Room ladies!!! Because they are gentle and sensitive to their individual needs. Lizzie is a Conton De Tulear with the most difficult coat, just like a big cotton ball, and the ladies at the Grooming Room always having her looking like a show dog when I pick her up. My dogs always smell so good and are so hug-able and cuggle-able. thank you again Ladies!!!

Great service! Sometimes a bit messy at times, no time for a break in between dog/cats, but great staff and excellent grooming.

Natasha is fantastic! She's always worked so well with our Aussidoodle boys, even with their nervousness and anxiety. I definitely recommend her, especially if you have very anxious dogs!

The ladies at The Grooming Room have done a fantastic, thorough, safe & reliable grooming service on all 6 of our assorted fur babies for over a span of 25+ years. I wouldn’t think of going to any other groomers for the services we need for all of our previous dogs & especially our now 13 year old cockapoo.

First time with the pup. And they did great with him. Loved the energy and professional attitude with the groomers. Prices are great! Will be a regular thing now. She will also take my older dog in for a bath, nails and they do the cutest cuts on the other dog I seen leave. The dogs are happy too! She is near Staples in Auburn by fed x. She also does cats and she says she is very experienced with cats. So my daughter is going to bring her cat to her! Thank you so much for a great experience!
