Great location, with ample amount of parking. Store seemed neat and organized November 12 was my first visit. Customer service was great, but it was two things I inquired about and they didn’t have. I will probably return.

Just left there, will not be back. They have no shame in following you around the store. I refuse to go back to this store. I was in the earring aisle the younger girl rushes to the aisle looks at me and leaves. I guess she heard noise from the plastic wrapper and thought I was stealing I do not steal and never have. Older Asian lady following me around in the lash aisle and the worst part of all. When the black girl opened the register to give me change she walks over to the register to look as if the girl was going to take the change she was giving me. Couldn’t be me I would not work with people like that smh.

Great selection of beauty supply needs and accessories as well. I was so happy to find what I needed: Palmer's Cocoa butter massage mommy stretch mark cream and the perfect Monroe piercing jewelry. They also had a really good selection of costume jewelry and fuzzy slippers for such reasonable prices. I will have to come back when I have more time.

The little Asian lady kept following us and kept rushing my sister and I and kept treating us like we were going to steal something, and said we couldn’t bring anything in the back of the store :her sister she was just watching us and she was saying how we could not get that much stuff, and then I tried to get my money back and she was like we could not get our money back but she was being rude the black women was on her phone and they messed up our day but after that it was fun we had free Starbucks but yeah don’t go there you should go to a different location to get something cause like they are rude.

I was really exited to find a good beauty supply store in the area that had all the products I needed in stock. I bought many packs of hair from this store. Unfortunately I was not able to do my hair until a couple of months later and realized that I bought more hair then I should have. I came back to try to explain the situation and exchange the hair for other items. Of course I knew this was not going to be possible due to their exchange policy and the timeframe but I thought I’d give it a try since I had the receipt and spent a lot of money originally. I think stores should make exceptions to their policy to keep customer satisfaction. I left the store buying the items I needed and told them I would not come back to this store due to their lack of customer satisfaction!

Poor customer service! The staff has over charged me and my family for multiple items. I just bought a belly ring that clearly said $7.99 the man told the lady at the cash register “ no $9.99” and, it’s already broke after one day of use. My sister even purchased a $50 wig there that would be only $20 at the one down the street past, ERHS beauty supply store by five guys.
