I have been to this great clips before and had a wonderful haircut by a particular stylist but when I returned and requested the stylus I was informed that I would not be able to have her and they do not do requests. They were willing to allow me to leave and not support their business rather than allow me to wait for the technician of my choice. Corporate explained this is up to the local owner, so I have nothing to complain about for the chain as a whole as it is the The policy of this establishment. Unfortunately I cannot change it and I hope the stylist goes somewhere else soon.

My time at this establishment was most definitely unpleasant. The woman who cut my hair was extremely rude, and pushed my hairline back. I’ve been Growing it back for a months. Overpriced and undervalued 1/5 You know it’s bad when $15 for a haircut is overpriced for your service.

BEWARE! DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE! The stylists take notes but each one interprets them differently. They have butchered my hair on 3 different occasions. The first time the stylist buzzed part of my eyebrow off, but she was fired by my next haircut so I decided to chalk that up to inexperience. Today as soon as she finished reading the notes to me she buzzed one giant streak and cut off a major piece of my hair that wasn't supposed to be buzzed. If you simply want a buzz cut then this place it perfect, anything more complicated than that, spend your money anywhere else! I wish I could leave negative stars!

Great Clips is a great place. Online check-in is wonderful tool. They get you looking good in no time flat. Really like the online check-in option. Very satisfied customer.

Did a fantastic job on mine and my son's hair I'll be going to her every time from now on.( sorry I can't remember her name she has short blonde hair LOL) Recommend Great Clips to everyone

On there website it says as of august 1 that mask are required well a friend of mine toon her 2 year old son there in July 31 and he screamed and wouldn’t keep the mask on so they told her if he can’t wear a mask he had to leave and they would t cutt his hair .. it’s state requirement that 2 and under isn’t required so tell me how they can send him away

Stylist seemed to be aggravated with cutting my moving toddlers hair. He's little what did she expect. Maybe more patience is needed. And stylist who actually enjoy the work...

This is the worst place to get your haircut, I have been there multiple times giving it chance after chance but each time there is always something messed up with my hair. My most recent time I went, my hair was cut choppy, there was hair that was too long or too short mixed together, one time they even cut a line in my hair without my permission.So people of Hartsville, save your money and go to a different place or hire new experienced hair stylist.
