I read thru several of the negative reviews and decided to take a chance and get a haircut. Melissa was one of the best stylists that I've ever had the pleasure of getting my haircut with. She was able to maintain a very pleasant conversation and had the knowledge and professionalism that I would expect from a high class salon. If you get the chance, make an appointment with Melissa and see if your experience was as great as mine.
My haircut was very uneven and was shorter than what I had asked for by at least 2 inches. One side of my hair was way shorter than the other side and was very noticeable. This place definitely allows you to get your money’s worth which is very cheap/ very bad! I was not AT ALL IMPRESSED with my haircut. The only good thing about my trip was how nice the people are, other than that I would NEVER recommend coming here to get your hair cut. I will never be coming here again!
I went in feeling grubby and sad, and came out feeling beautiful! It wasn't just the hair cut... the girl who cut my hair was inspiring and just a great person to be around in general. She had some great advice on how to help my damaged hair, and didnt pressure me into buying the products at this location.
Wow, I called to ask if they are busy at a certain time and the lady answered “we don’t take phone call reservations”. I told her “I understand that ma’am, but I’m only asking if your hairdressers are busy from 7 to 8pm ” After that she just hung up on me. Is it really that hard to tell me if you’re busy or not. I don’t know who I spoke with but she sounded Asian just to point that out.
I have been coming to Great Clips for years. Kelli at the Dimond location cut my hair yesterday. She did an amazing job, layers were perfect and I also had her thin out my hair. My haircut looks great. Thank you Kelli
Checked in online for my daughter and son walked in and my daughter was taken back right away and my son a few mins later they did a great job on both my 8 and 4 year old! We always go there for our hair cut needs for our family of four. Quick and cute!
My wife and I came in to get a haircut, my haircut was good but my wife was insulted by her stylist. She was insulted and the stylist forcibly cut her hair when she didn’t want it cut anymore. Can’t believe this abuse.
The older gentlemen (who said he had been cutting hair for 20 years or more) told me my son’s haircut wasn’t “popular” for kids. I asked him to shave a line on his part and he said it wasn’t recommended for kids because it becomes stubbly and only adults maintain it. Not only that my poor kids skin and ears were blood red when he did his edges.
This was our first time here because it was next to Walmart. Never again. Do yourself a favor, go to a real barbershop. I recommend Flattop Barbershop. Ask for Eugene.
