This place is clean and the people seemed friendly. I checked prices before going and expected a $15 hair cut and. $20 style. I ended with a $60 bill. They cut my hair, blow dried it and curled it. There wasn't even a shampoo. I came to great clips because of the price, had I known I would have gone elsewhere. Where the style would have been better and they would have done the full service. Needless to say I hadn't stepped foot in a great clips since high school and I won't be again.

Yesterday was the first time I had my haircut at Great Clips and after the lockdown opened up. They did a great job. I loved my haircut. Melony, the manager, did my haircut exactly as I wanted and the service was quick and cheap. I would highly recommend getting a haircut at this place.

They do a good job but consistently leave hair on my forehead for me to walk out into public. I look ridiculous with cut hair on my forehead and I would've thought that wouldn't be an issue. I also saw one of the cashiers give a female student a discount for their cut since she was a UC student, but did not have her ID on her. I went up and was checked out by the same person who cut my hair and I told her my major and everything and explained parts of my major, did not have my ID either, and was charged full price.

Early appointment, so wait time is minimal. Stylists are friendly. My only concern is that the employees seem to change frequently. My stylist had been there only three days. I had to explain my style again. Results were less than perfect, and I had to personally cut a spot at home that was missed at the salon. I will continue to use this location, but I will ask for a regular employee going forward.

Great Clips Calhoun never surprises me on how bad a haircut they would give me. I came to the salon on Saturday, showing them the hair I would like to cut and they finish it like in 5 minutes with a haircut that cant be worse. I ask for a wax just to see if my hair can look better, the barber said ok and then push up my hair in like 5 second. Bang. Everything done so rushed and my hair look worse than before I came in.

Highly recommend this location.

Since I'm relatively new to Cincinnati, I've been to a lot of different haircut places, and haven't yet gone to the same place twice. I've been to awful Great Clips locations before, but this one was close and I had a coupon. :)

I was very satisfied with my haircut; Cortney did a great job figuring out what I wanted (I never know how to tell people to cut my hair) and had a great scissor-cut done in no time. Maybe the best haircut I've gotten in Cincinnati. And my wife agrees.

One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Woman was rude the whole time, cut my hair 2 inches shorter than I asked for, didn’t cut it the style I asked for at all (simple hard part with a fade on the sides). Asked for her advice on the top length once and her response was “Idk, it’s whatever you want.” Will not be going here again, and will advise others not too also.

It seems as if this location is hit or miss depending on which stylist you have working on you. One of my last visits the stylist cut my hair completely unevenly and left me looking quite choppy since she cut my hair after spraying my curls down and not taking my hair type into account.
