I went in with a messy long bob. I left with a symmetrical, clean short bob with perfect bangs. My stylist took her time and made sure I was satisfied with my cut. Thank you to Christine at the Solon Great Clips.

One of the worst haircuts I've ever recieved. Absolutely messed up my hair the before an interview day. The stylists hands were shaking the whole time. I'll never come back to this location

My son loves Sandy the hairdresser. He didn't want the cut but she helped him feel better and after he said he looked amazing! Overall very nice experience. Short wait time of maybe ten minutes.

We went several times to get our haircut at this location unfortunately I just found out that the location closed down. I am so sorry to see it go. Now if we want a haircut we have to drive to the other closest location because ours closed down. Why did our great clips close. We live in Solon and used to go to the Solon location. Now the Solon location closed down and I am sad. I enjoyed this place and it will always have a special place in my heart.

I had a old black lady cut my hair, she was terrible and was shaking the whole entire time. She left a BALD PATCH on my head, it is very noticeable. After all that then they almost forced a tip out of me after a terrible job, and when I didn’t give one they told me” next we won’t let you in” I’m was not planning to go back anyways. Please for you own concern go to another place. I only went there because I was desperate and that was the only shop open. WORST DECISION of my life.

Absolutely terrible place to go for a haircut. I have had luck at other Great Clips locations for a reasonable haircut, but this one is awful. I would've done a better job myself looking in the mirror using scissors than going here.

I saw that this location had some bad reviews, but I thought "Oh how bad could it actually be?". Well, it is the worst.

My daughter wanted a short sassy haircut for her birthday. She took in a picture and Christie was her stylist @ Solon. She butchered her hair, gave her bangs cut almost to her hair line, uneven, awful. My daughter was crying in the salon. My husband and child told her to just stop cutting. She said no it'll be in her eyes. Husband started to walk out after she was done and she demanded payment. He had to take my daughter to another salon. 2 stylists worked on her hair for an hour to try to fix it. Other salon said GC policy is not to ever say they aren't capable. That's such utter bull. People would rather have honesty than have their hair butchered. It will take years for this to grow out.

Quick, friendly service and of course, a great haircut! The chain never let's me down. My 1st time to this store was amazing! Perhaps the best GC I've visited. Definitely will be returning.
