Today my total was supposed to only be $22.41 for some children hair products. But she tried to charge me 39 dollars. My card was having a error and I let someone go in front of my while I added all my items up which came to $22.41. So I’m next in line to try to purchase again and this last day my total is now $22.41 out of no where. Smh she tried to scam me if I didn’t check again and I work hard for my money. Please be careful while shopping here.
Today was my 2nd time in there. In under a week. Great selection and price. A d a wonderful staff.
Nice selections! Has a wide variety of supplies. Wish the wig selection was better, Half wigs are needed!
Shopped here for years never had any racial issues or any employees being rude for any reason. One time I bought 8 bags of the wrong hair I was going to use but didn’t realize it until weeks later, I called the store and explained to her what happened she told me to come in and exchanged them with no problem. Everyone there is nice and friendly only issue I have is they might need one more worker to help out on the floor.
I do not understand how this place is still open with the amount of racial profiling by the women who work here. I shopped here 2 times before this incident. I was looking for a particular product when one of the women asked if I needed help. I asked her if she had what I was looking for and she stated they did not. I grabbed a few other items and approached the register. The 2nd lady had a smug look on her face. Paying with my debit card, she asked for my ID. No problem. She then accuses me of having a fake ID. I asked her why would she believe my ID is fake. She said that she can just tell. I collected my things and I made my mind up that this will be my last purchase from here. The lady then follows me out of the store yelling that I have a fake ID. As I am walking to my car she then starts yelling that my car is stolen (BMW). She was really over the top. She kept getting closer until I turned to her and said that I will be everything that she believes I am if she doesn't get away from me with her nonsense. She returns back into the store. I guess shopping with legitimate identification and driving a vehicle registered to me while being black means I'm clearly guilty of something.
