I think this hair shop provides the best service. The hairdresser was very kind and respected my style. I was able to get a very satisfactory result because the hairdresser fully discussed the style I wanted and proceeded with the haircut. It's a place I really want to use again next time.

This was the worst experience that I had in my whole life. The first one was the picture that I showed Christine about what I want. The second one was what she did to my hair after two hair washes. Only two washes, it basically like straight. I went back to them and they even did not admit that they have done a poor job, instead they blamed my hair. There was no apology, no refund and I even cannot redo it as it will damage my hair if I do two perms within such short period. The third photo was my hair permed somewhere else 2 years ago and just to compare what a bad job they have done!

Very good service! They give me a parking permit! And the hair designer is really pro because I got what I want!

I mark one star off because the price is too high to me! Overall, I spent 55 dollars for man’s haircut!

I just went this place today to dye my hair. It was first time for me to do the full hair color and it took almost 5 hours.. but during that long service hours, all of the staffs were so kind and nice ???? even though they had to retouch my hair several times because hair condition, they kept try to make me feel comfy and relaxed. And I love my new hair color ????. I'll surely do recommend this place!

I waited for 2+ months for my man's haircut appointment since they have great reputation. But as it turned out, the result doesn't live up to the hype. Comparing to the salon that I used to go, I have to say the result I got here is a bit disappointing.

I have been getting haircut at this place for more than a year. The stylist who serves me has the best skills in Asian haircut. I am always satisfied with the haircut I got. The entire shop is clean, neat and has good atmosphere with relaxing music played in the background. Everyone here is kind and polite, and always greet you every time you walk in and out of the shop.

I haven’t got such a bad haircut since middle school... the haircut service is not cheap thus even more disappointed. This is like nightmare. The stylist herself has a good hair style so I suppose she will help her customers well. But I’m completely wrong. The haircut is nothing similar to what I have shown to the stylist. I won’t recommend this place and I won’t come again.

Went in for a cut and perm the other day - great experience overall, I’m really satisfied with the end result. Jenny was my stylist and I really appreciated her expertise and care, she made sure I was informed and considered the options for my hair texture and condition. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. I’ve been to a few other salons in the Seattle area, but I’ll be sticking to this place moving onward. Definitely recommend!
