Sat here wondering what will come first a full blown heart attack or savage food poisoning... the place has went so down hill its a joke, WAS my favourite chippy for a very long time. To start NO staff wore gloves, masks, aprons, or hair nets but do manage to wear jewellery, hair down and nail polish? Hygiene and health and safety regulations seem to have went out the window just like my dinner. Ordered my food and the lady who served me decided to use her gloveless hands to push the battered sausage in the bag THEN, proceeded to LICK THE GREASE OFF HER FINGERS?!
RIP to the poor buggar who was served after me... The chips were just about warm and an unappealing mixture of dark brown and green, not to mention dry as a piece of carpet. Was tempted to give my contaminated battered sausage a good old ring out there was that much grease in it. Staff are much more focused on gossiping and shouting to each other than making an effort with the customers and the food quality, no surprise really.
Would give zero stars if i could, yous need reported to the food standards agency before yous make someone seriously ill. Worst experience ever.

Ordered fish n chips could taste the oil that its cooked in n gave me the shites and me mother hot a rock hard pie and chips shocking I won't ever go back . Gone way down hill
