I got my nails done on 2/11/23. I'm very particular about full set, I like my nails to be done properly. The job is clearly rushed and way too thick. I don't mind paying for a good job, but they definitely not the place to go get your nails done. Also, They'd to redue my toes because the guy had put a thick layer of nail polish. If you like natural looking nails and a good color application THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. It seems that the lady was upset because I said no to gel polish. And I believe all Nail Salons should have a kids price chart, charging $25 for kids to just get their feet wet, a massage, a lil' polish and no cuticles cuts shoul cost less, kids paying $30 for a manicure with gel polish is ridiculously expensive, but this is not only them ALL SALONS SHOULD HAVE A KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF ??? A PRICE CHART!!! They're using way less products and the job is a lot easier. Overall I'm going to get my nails redone today.
This place used to be my favorite nail salon until recently when I went for a full set and a pedicure, I wasn’t pleased with the service and them charging me for a service I didn’t get. The younger lady charged me $85 for the two. I noticed that she also charged me for filing my nails and for the small amount of nail polish she used. It was $15 for gel polish on my toes and $15 gel gel polish on my fingers. The lady had the nerves to ask me to leave a tip… I looked at her like she had lost her mind. Her tip was in all the over chatging. By the way why is there a need to charge for filing your nails.., that should be part of getting a new set. I will never go there again and start back wearing my God given nails. It’s nothing but Greed and they will be rich why we can no longer afford their services. I wonder if all the technicians are licensed? Be careful don’t get ripped off by these money hungry people. It’s a shame!!!!

Thus nail is horrible please do not go here the nail techs need to go back to school my feet and nails are ugly and I was in there 2hrs plus the tried to over charge me. Please stay away from this nail place.
This place is overpriced. I paid more for a fill than I did to get my nails done and they did not do a good job. The guy messed up and used gel for the white of my tips instead of regular polish like I asked for. So he just painted over the regular with gel. My nails messed up as soon as I left the salon because you aren't supposed to do that and the polish underneath wasn't dry so the polish shifted. If I go back it's to ask them to fix the mistake and then never again.
Like my nails and would definitely go back but I will use a different nail tech because the one I saw cut my finger with the drill and with the Emory board as well.
It’s not that the quality of nail is bad … it’s the service ! I got my feet done and had already been here for a while but instead of doing my hands (mani sns and no acrylic) after my feet I’ve just been sitting here ! LITERALLY just sitting here as they take care of customers who’d only been here for 5 min????????♀️ The customer service I received was awkward and really stale ! Like they were unsure how to interact ! I won’t be back … my nails are nice but this experience was NOT RELAXING
I love this nail salon. The techs are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and don't try to make you spend more than what you've asked for. I get my eyebrows done religiously there and hands down they are the best not only with eyebrows also with Manis & Pedis. I 110% recommend this nail salon!
