Items are overpriced, very unpersonanable, staff takes turns watching you like you're going to steal the plastic case of the game instead of offering assistance on what you may need.
The owners are wonderful and always very friendly. Great prices and product selection. Also have a rewards program to get discounts on purchases.

This place has been great to us for years now. They have a large variety, a lot of mods, and are extremely helpful when you're in need.
On top of all of that, they have a fairly good video game section to browse and buy from.
Seriously, they have some rare Nes and Snes games that would normally be exorbitantly priced.
