First time and was a great experience definitely will be coming back regularly. Tina did an excellent job with my nail...love the design and did exactly how I wanted them to be. I have received so many compliments on my nails since going to Glamour Nails

I normally drive 45 minutes for the salon because it is my favorite. However, I went in for a nail fix today. There was a man and a woman working. The man repeatedly burned me. I also had to ask him to redo it three times because it didn’t match the others. Therefore, he left three layers of acrylic on my nail. I showed him four separate times which color I wanted. When I told him it didn’t look right, he said he couldn’t find the original color. He was obviously not experienced. I asked if somebody else could do it and the lady told me it looked fine. The man also kept touching the acrylic before it set which left bumps and fingerprints. I now have one burned, thick, and off-color now.
Staff is nice, but the wait time can get long and they dont always go by the sign in sheet which is annoying. Also some workers are better at nails than others, the guy I had today didnt do that great. Didnt cut my cuticles, left extra glue from tips on my skin.
Fantastic customer service, they take their time and do a great job!
They’re always nice and able to help. Powder manicure lasts really well and pricing is great compared to other salons.
