I came into the salon hoping to get a good pedicure the technician looked as though she didn't want to do my feet and became upset when I told her I did not want gel or callus remover. When I spoke to her about my feet she acted as though she couldn't hear. I immediately let her know if she did not want to do my feet I could go somewhere else they switched me to a new technician that treated me with kindness.

Went here yesterday !!! I have had bad experiences but this place was horrible! The older lady (didn’t get her name ) gave me a pedi ..cut my nails way too much , did them all crooked .. and cut my skin around my toes way too much ! I wanted to cry that’s how bad it was ! I don’t even know if she knows what she is doing . I was furious o had to let them know fix them or I’m walking out without paying . This other lady tried her best to fix them and they look more decent then at first ! I will never come here again it was a horror movie ! And very unsanitary! What a terrifying experience. I never write reviews but I just had to for what I went through !
I was very disappointed with the service @ this nail salon. I picked one of their high end pedicure services & felt like they rushed on the entire pedicure. My favorite part of getting a pedi is getting my feet massaged & I got a terrible short massage. Was not impressed @ all with the service. To add more to disappointment, when I was going to pay for the services, I was told they do not accept credit cards as form of payment. They directed me to an ATM machine they have there. I refused to withdraw cash because it was not my banks ATM & was not going to pay the extra fees to do the withdrawal. I requested to Zelle someone that works there the cash. That seemed to bother them because they started talking in their language obviously upset. I was somewhat annoyed for the fact that if that’s their protocol they should advice you before rendering services. I do not recommend this salon nor will I be coming back!
Came in at 730 pm they had me seated and nails done quickly I was gone by 8pm I left very satisfied and thankful
I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before going there. This whole visit was unplanned. I broke one of my nails unbuckling my son from his car seat and decided to go get my nails done after shopping. It was bad right from the start. I asked to have my acrylic nails removed to get a new set. The guy cut my nails and then proceeded to peel the acrylic nails off. I’ve had acrylics removed before and this was not the process. It was so painful! I asked him if he could soak my nails instead. So he had me soaking my nails for what seemed like forever. Then he took another client and never came back to check on me. I could go on but I don’t think I have the time and space. Just know I will not be going back and I hope you don’t give this place a chance. I left in tears. That’s how bad it was.
I was visiting my sister in Bakersfield Cracked my nail on my index finger before I left for the airport in Dallas that morning needed a nail repair my Sis took me "Glamor Nails" the nail tech was so graciously warm & welcoming did a fantastic repair free of charge she informed me she didn't have my color but did a great job without having to remove mine lasted another week until my return home to my salon...I apologize for not remembering her name but maybe she'll remember if she reads this review...I appreciate you ????
The second pic is when I got the set done, nice, I asked the rude lady that did my nails to do them thick being I can be heavy with my hands . She said no cuz she was basically being lazy, when the day after one of my nails broke off by my actual nail. 2 days after that 4 nails broke off, mind you I just got the set. I went yesterday to get them fix , I ask her if you can fix give me my money back and I can go somewhere else she said she will fix them for me. While she was applying the acrylic of brown onto my hand I noticed that she didn’t add the second dose of acrylic which is the white coat when you get color acrylic I asked her are you going to add the white coat and she said yes she’s not done but she never did as you can see I have white designs but she cut my nails down she not only didn’t want to fix the white on the nails but she also made it seem like she was going to put gold glitter on my hands and never did she was trying to rush me out never going back to this nail shop again their customer service is trash and they wonder why other races is learning to do nails because nobody wants to get nails from them when they’re rude
I got a French tip done on both my feet/nails. Both did not even last one day. They have all peeled off the next day. They charged me 75 dollars for what I thought was a gel French tip and did not even last one day. Do not get there gel. It does not last even a gel. All of it has peeled off. Very disappointed. Went there Friday and on Saturday most of the gel has came off.
