I got a hot stone pedi and callus removal which was great got all the dead skin off and message great. Got a dip sns loved how they pushed my cuticles back and eye brow/lip wax.

So I went here three weeks ago to get a gel manicure and my nails were very long n the next day I had three nails break n two weeks later 6 of my natural nails have broken… idk what is in the polish they used but I won’t be going back here

Loved this place! PLUS, they give you a good short massage at the end. What place you know that does that?? ???????????????? My daughter and boyfriend loved it too. Great service and location. Bathroom and whole facility is clean.

I have been going to this nail salon for 10 years. My mom, sisters, aunts, and cousins would go to because of our high recommendation, this is no longer true. This was truly the worst experience I ever had at a salon. I was looking for a relaxing pedicure, I’m 35 weeks pregnant and my feet are swollen and I had a long week of work so they hurt more then usual. I walked in and was told to pick a color, so far so good I pick a nice orange. I then get seated and the gentlemen doing my toes had to clean the foot bath and then began filling it, I choose the pedicure package with the 10 minute massage and stuff in the water that made it jelly like. He keeps walking off even know my bath is full and ready for me, he then finally comes back and takes my nail polish off aggressively and tells me to put my feet in. The water was so hot that 3 hours after my appointment my feet still have heat fuming from them and are in pain, I mention the water is very hot and he then puts ice cold water on my legs and feet. If you’ve ever felt your feet go from super hot to cold that fast it’s not a good feeling. Whatever I carry on and he does my 10 minute massage it felt ok was more of a leg massage but his phone rang two times and he would answer it and rub with one hand. Very rude but whatever he then paints my toes and honestly a blind mouse could have done better. He did one coat and couldn’t even stay in the toe nail lines. Long story short I won’t be back and now my boyfriend has to listen to me complain about my feet even more tonight.

I have been going to this nail salon for a couple of months and today was the last straw. I always get dip powder and have NEVER had an issue until today. The lady who did my nails did the most sloppiest job I have ever had. She did not even cover my whole nail with the dip color, nails were filed very unevenly, and one nail she dipped an extra two times causing it to be more thicker than the others. Upon paying at the receipt line I always slash out where it says tip and provide cash. However before I was even able to put away my wallet and get cash from inside my purse the lady who was standing next to me, was asking me where was her tip. Never have I ever been demanded to provide a tip. I politely told her I provide a tip based on the service I receive and in this case she never cared to address any of my concerns. She then proceeds to throw her hands in my face waving me off. I am completely and absolutely disgusted at the behavior of this nail tech and the fact that the owner who was sitting right in front did not even care to acknowledge any of it. I definitely won't be going back to this establishment.

I am not someone who is very particular or have high standards, just to make that clear. I went to this place once because my normal salon was booked up. Made an appointment for acrylic fill, I sat in acetone for 30 minutes with no attention, and got my nails done while who perceived to be the owner who was doing my nails actually stopped twice to do people walk-in eyebrow appointments which is so rude. Didn't say anything and shrugged it off. Went in again and AWFUL experience. Made an appointment just to be seen 25 minutes later. I sat in acetone for literally 45 minutes and all of my acrylic nails completely broke and fell off so at that point I had no choice but to get a gel manicure because of their carelessness. The again, who perceived to be the owner, did an atrocious job. Didn't care about his work at all I literally had nail polish all over my fingers (like literally all over my skin like a 5 year old did it), never cut my cuticles, nothing. I couldn't believe they even had me pay I have never even been so frustrated at a salon in my life. No professionalism, they just want you in and out don't care about the quality or the experience of their clients. Never going back. I'd rather pay by baby niece to paint my nails for the same quality.
