Horrible experience.
Lady who cut my hair was rude and basically did what she wanted with my hair. I asked for a simple medium length bob haircut and she gave me a v-cut. The layers I asked for were so choppy (she tried blaming it on my highlights - which I don’t have) and just horrible. Then she right away began to curl it and parted my hair in a way I never do. I then asked her to leave it parted down the middle and I just wanted it straightened. The roots were still curly and she halfassed the straightening too.
Upon paying her, she didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day. All she said was “I received the payment.” She literally went to go sit down before I could even get up from the chair.
Once I got home, I noticed the length in the back was a lot longer than what I asked and it’s when I noticed she gave me a v-cut. I went back and asked for someone else to fix it. It looks better but still something I am not proud to walk around with!
First and last time I go there. Oh yeah, none of them wear a mask. No hand sanitizer in sight.
There's a girl named Rossy, she is an amazing and kind person, I like the way she treated my children and the way she did their haircut. I really recommend her for any haircut you need ☝️????️
I’m a light skin Mexican and I walked into this salon I wasn’t acknowledged at all I sat in the waiting area for 15 min a man walked in and the woman at the front told the man is Spanish come in sit down when one of the hairdressers was done she said what do you need I said a hair cut the lady in the front chair doing nails told the hair dresser the man has been waiting that’s when the lady finally acknowledge me to let me know he had come in earlier someone will be with you in a minute. I wasn’t upset that he was going first I was upset that I wasn’t acknowledge at all until I was being told to wait

My hair came out horrible. She first straighten my hair poorly then started to use a clipper machine to cut my hair. She left my hair crooked and my inner layer hair is shorter than my outer layer hair. I’ve been crying for so long.
Doesn’t even deserve one star. Went in and the lady (lupita) was in a rush and left one side of my hair longer than the other side. She charged me $20 and now I’m back trying to get it fixed.
