I had Senegalese twists done by Donna and she did a phenomenal job. Fast, perfect parts, uniform twists and a nice style. I've received tons of compliments. The vibe in the salon is great and relaxing, good people. I've done the less expensive salons in the area and Get Twisted is worth every dime.

It will be great if they took their time to listen to the customer more, especially because a lot of money was paid. The hairdresser sounded frustrated when I asked her to change what she had done.

It also took almost 1 hour after my appointment time to get my hair started. On a positive note, the hairdresser suggested some products to get my hair healthier.

I went in super positive for my first sew in. I had a consultation over the phone before I went in where we outlined what would happen. I came a few days later and the stylist told me there “was no time” to get a closure even though it’s part of the style. (This is really important.) I didn’t even mind that they paused my hair to do other peoples hair, or that when they blow dried my hair they were incredibly rough so it was painful… I think what makes it 1 star is that I asked her to oil my scalp before she added the hair and she didn’t so it was very itchy and uncomfortable beginning the next day. And the fact that she mentioned she’d loosened it, but when I asked towards the end, she literally said “no it will just happen” and my favorite part of all… how another customer literally left mid appointment, then sent her gf to come in and yell at the stylist to complain… they said If she didn’t like it she should’ve spoken to them personally.

So I called the next day to ask if they could lay the tracks differently, bc without the closure, they laid the tracks super bulky on one side. And they literally never called me back.

Really poor customer service, avoid if you can

I had such a great experience for my first locking . My stylist was amazing helped me find the look I was going for . Family owned business and such a beautiful family they are . I will definitely only go here for my dreadlocking experience. Do yourself a favor so experienced and give you such a peace of mind .

Ms. V was so creative with my nieces hair. She had a wash and blow out, a few braids and a gorgeous bun! The staff is so friendly and the prices are great. They offer an array of services. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

I refuse to talk down on my people I just won't use there services ever again. Wish them all the best tho!

Been coming to this place for a few years now and it's been a great experience everytime, so glad I don't have to take an hour + long commute to the city anymore. All the staff I've met have been very friendly and it's just a cozy and inviting environment overall. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice and professional salon experience. ????????

Absolute garbage - they are unprofessional, don’t listen, and unsanitary. Don’t take your natural hair here. They will put petroleum blue on your hair without even asking. When you ask for a refund they get all ignorant on what they did after hurting you. Don’t go there. Trust me. This place needs to shut down.
