There's a couple of things these guys need to work on. You guys gotta greet your customers and let them know to sign the paper. Sat there without knowing there was a sign in sheet and the workers just stared at me. The layout of the place isn't good. Looks like the owner just took school benches and placed them inside. I'm not one to make a scene. I'd rather just not go back again. Money talks. Before you start shaving off the the hair line you GOT to let people know. Didn't realize until I got home that the dude shaved off the shape of my hair line and pulled waaaaay too back, removing way too much hair and leaving me with skin. Even made me bleed for awhile. All I wanted was a simple mid fade and I dont see a fade: Ironic given the name of the place.
Owners daughter was rude and said she was doing me a favor opening up 2 min early.disrespectful girl but did a decent cut .never go again id rather give buisiness to respectful shops instead
I've never had an issue with this shop pre pandemic and honestly would be my go to for my son but after pandemic 2 seperate times that I have had my son call mid afternoon to ck if open and accepting walk-ins we are told yes and every time we go the door is locked and we call again and no one answers the phn and we knock and no one ever comes to the door to assist us or give us any information today was the 2nd attempt 5/18/2021 @315pm and we went in April and same exact situation. So ended up at another shop really hope they fix or let customers know correctly especially when traveling via get bus it would be very helpful
They were able to do a walk in because it was a bit of a slow day, But I had to call ahead. Barber did my hair very good, Will definitely be coming back here again
I got my haircut from the older lady who works there. She was really good and nice. I'll be back here when I don't wanna wait at my usual shop. shop was all sketchy tho, it wasn't well lit and all on the dirty side. no real customer service but from what I can see they're good at what they do
This place has no customer service, it felt like they were the ones doing you should favor. When I walked in there, I was not looking for anyone in particular, I just wanted a haircut. The barbers just ignored you and cut whomever they felt like. Then they would leave in the middle of haircuts to take care of personal business, so unprofessional, and rude. I would not recommend this place at all.
Nice and clean. Cool vibe and the AC was cold.
Coming from a different state or city, this was not the best place for us to go. The guy we went to did not do any blend work, did not shape the beard, left out many aspects to the cut & still paid for it. Had to go to another to finish work on the hair & it was pertinent he looked right as he had a wedding to be in. Unfortunately, we were unimpressed, & maybe it was just the barber.
