First visit. Great location (by car) in Bootle, 2 mins drive from Bootle New Strand shopping centre. Car parks all busy around daytime, so need a little walk too definitely. Place is immaculate, really clean, modern! Staff (2 girls by the counter) are helpful. Was busy at the time of my visit. Waiting time for the takeaway was less than 10 minutes. Ordered salt and pepper ribs and chips with a can of curry. As a takeaway, we consumed this at home. Ribs were overcooked, burnt to flames, chips was undercooked, soft but not crispy. The salt and pepper taste for this business is a lot of chilly power and flakes hint on the food, I would say extremely lot, therefore you can't taste nothing apart from the chilly. Curry was too spicy too. Usually I'm having this meal combi in every place I try so I've got a good sense of comparison.
No it was NOT tasty, it was only spicy. I would never go back here for this meal in the future. It doesn't mean I wouldn't try something else within the same business...
I'm sorry but I'm not happy with these I ordered a kebab without salad and chips to have with garlic mayo and chilli. Instead I got it with plane mayo and sweet chilli it was cold and badly presented I'm disappointed and the staff in there are not very helpful or welcoming this is what can cause your business a bad reputation 3/10
Nice food but the service is shocking. Expect to wait for 30 minutes for any fair size order. Staff just leave you waiting & don't make any effect to let you know how long the wait is. Overall not worth the hassle.
....just want to say our order tonight was fabulous, king po ribs, cooked to perfection with lovely sauce and onions/peppers....lge nooodle box, chicken with oyster/ginger sauce absolutely georgous...well done and not to be missed ????

There place is clean There staff are friendly clean and pleasant food is excellent .you will have a long wait because it's always busy at the usual busy times tea time
Friendly staff with nice meals. Nothing more to add as food will speak for it's self
Great fish and chips. Best local takeaway. You will not be disappointed.
