First time coming to Gems and it was lovely! Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere, I absolutely love my hair they listened to exactly what I wanted. My hair is now the exact colour, style and length I was after. Will definitely be coming here more!
Not going back again. My son showed a picture of a haircut he wanted, he grew his hair out for few months and all of it was shopped off and his hairstyle looked nothing like picture.
They fitted me in on a standby appointment and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.
Last minute decision to get my nails done, lovely staff, able to fit me in and second week into my holiday my nails are looking fab with no chips! I'll be back!

Been going here for just over a year now and absolutely love it. The reception from the girls is fantastic and are ready to give advice when asked. My hair was in awful condition on my first visit; old, grown out colour that hadn't been cut in years. Now with regular visits to Carrie - Ann and using professional products from the salon my hair is so shiny and is truly amazing. Could not be happier ????????
Purchased a groupon voucher for my first visit. £29 for a full tint or half head highlights. I paid an extra £7 to have an extra colour with my highlights but this was listed in terms and conditions so was more than happy to do this. Kelsey was very professional and I'm very happy with both the colour and how she cut my extremely thick hair. Even with the extra £7 this was amazing value. Highly recommend
I had a luxury manicure and pedicure. It was a lovely experience and Jade the therapist was lovely. I was treated warmly and the customer service was excellent. Jade did a very good job. My hands and feet feel great and pretty. I would happy to recommend her
