Kayden is awesome!! I showed her a picture of a design I wanted and she nailed it! Looks better than the picture. She will be my go to gal for my nails when I am in Florida (which is half the year) . Everyone in the salon is very nice and the music and scenic tv program give it a very relaxing atmosphere. Gem Nails is a REAL GEM!!

Friendly staff, quality and affordable services! Even when my baby threw a bottle of nail polish across the room and it smashed to pieces, they were still great (lol). They did a great job scrubbing both our feet, polish was great, etc. They also offered drinks and have really nice massage chairs.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional staff who are argumentative, combative,and loud, with a paying customer, and will gang up on you if you complain about ANYTHING. Somehow it is the paying customer's fault for anything that goes wrong. Somehow you are racist if you say I'd like to speak to a manager, they tell you that person doesn't speak English (when I know they don't because I've spoken to that person myself) I can't begin to describe my experience. 3 hours to get a pedicure and full set. I could go on and on but no point...good luck. It's not worth the glass of wine. ????it was my 2nd and last time. The experience almost had me feeling like why bother getting my nails done anymore and patronizing this kind of business, but no I will continue to get my nails done, just somewhere else. Use your own judgement.

Aloha!! This place deserves my review! First of I love the environment! My husband had the volcano pedicure (done by Kay) and it was amazing and relaxing! I had a gel manicure (done by Derek) with the new mermaid ????‍♀️ collection gel nail polish #32. Since the new owners all three Kay, Derek and Hannah are very attentive and detail oriented and professional. They schedule you appropriately and they don't rush you through your session. It's worth it! I will continue to come!! Also, on this beautiful Sunday enjoying a mimosas ???? You won't regret it! Come get pampered! ????????

I have to clarify Jessica Curry's review. I was there that afternoon and the staff at Gem Nails tried the BEST to accommodate her ridiculous requests. She was there for three hours like she said, because she kept having them change the design of her nails. I think she just complained so she didn't have to pay for the services. She made racists remarks to the owners and staff. It was an awful experience to have to witness that, but the owner and staff handled the situation well.

Sorry Jessica, I was at the salon the day you caused chaos. The staff went out of their way to assist and accommodate you with changing your gel 3 times. Go annoy someone else. This is the best staf this side of Tampa!

Absolutely love this place! Kay does amazing work! She is so precise and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Would highly recommend, their facility is newly updated and very clean!

Clean, friendly, and relaxing! I feel so pampered! Great place to go for a special occasion (mom's birthday) or just because! Make sure to splurge for the super deluxe! It won't disappoint. You might have to ask for your wine. No big deal. There are plenty of extras if you're interested, but the package is definitely sufficient! Discounts for your bday and students. Don't miss out!
