Been staying here yearly since 2017 for Muskingum's Homecoming weekend. Reasonable price and the rooms are comfortable. Sadly in those 5 years I've seen it deteriorate. Paint chipping, windows cloudy, pool and hot tub have not been working for over a year and every staff member I've asked about it says there are no plans to fix it. Only one machine worked in the fitness center. That said it's very convenient to campus and we usually have a party Saturday night in the room where you pick up coffee and the breakfast bag. I really hope the owners will invest in it so everyone who leaves a review gives it a 5/5.

Great front desk service, great room services. The common area were not clean. Was a bag in the stair well, (looked grossed) reported to front desk. Received a phone call later that day, that i was going to be banned from the hotel. When asked why was told I had placed the bag, when asked to see the video, she admitted, I was not the one, then said it was because I asked for tea and toilet paper, and that I talked to the staff. If you go don't speak to staff or complain. Had be going to the hotel for over 4 years.

I can't say anything particular about the hotel like the service and the rooms or anything else because I was there for a job fair but my first impression up on walking inside is that it is different and quite interesting with the different colors and some shapes. I do like how it has a staircase in the lobby going upstairs that makes it look a little bit fancy and I do think it is quite interesting with the windmill and solar panels outside providing power to the building

Wife and I stayed here last week to visit college daughter. This place was excellent. Really clean and great service.

Will stay here in a couple of weeks when we are back down here.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights air-conditioning was broke the room was 85° day and night they couldn’t fix the door lock on the room bugs in the room I have tried at least eight times to get a hold of Linda The manager she refuses to call me back for some reason The only thing good at this hotel was the coffee I even put a request in to speak to the owner of the hotel no response

What a pleasant surprise this place was. My wife and I were driving late and I saw it sitting up on the hill as we drove by. I called and asked if they had rooms and spoke to one of the nicest ladies on the phone. So we turned around and stayed for the night. Very nice clean rooms with comfortable beds! I was impressed. Can’t go wrong staying here. Excellent friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.

Wonderful place to stay. Very modern, upbeat decor. Rooms are fantastic! Prices very reasonable.

Only thing we had a problem with this stay is a strange smell in the hallway and the elevator. Very evident and not pleasing.

We will definitely come back.

The lady at front desk was so great that if I didn’t live out of town I would have offered her a job in my own company. The rooms and hotel are hands down one of the best I have ever stayed out. You walk into the hotel and your room and the wow factor is amazing. The young lady at the front desk was so very helpful with anything I asked for
