I love my nails! I will definitely be coming back. The staff were all very friendly & the shop was clean & neat. I showed the lady what I wanted & she did a fabulous job.
I've been trying places around Fresno for a while and have had horrible experiences... This past one the acrylic in my nails was so thin it was chipping after 4 days when I was on vacation. When I returned to get it fixed they filed even more acrylic down, never filled the gap, then painted over it.
It turns out that place(Super Nails on E Shields) didn't apply the acrylic correctly and my nails were very damaged and cracked in some places...
I didn't know what to do so I asked what they suggested because though I've only had them for about a week I refused to return to super nails because my nails were lifting off in some places. They took great care of me and soaked off my nails with minimal damage being very careful because my nails got so damaged from the other place... They were very gentle and their tools were clean! I have yet to find a place that pays attention to that. They even double check to make sure there's no residue or dust and that it has been sanitized. When filing my acrylics, they were very gentle and held my nail in place so it wouldn't be dragged back and forth by the file and hurt after a while. They really know what they're doing! In all they only charged me 45 for the soak, repairing my nails, and a new set of gel acrylics. I will definitely be coming back! You get what you paid for here and an extra 10 dollars is worth it
Fabulous. Walked in both times for a mani and pedi and Moon was excellent. She took me right in and got me right out. The attention to detail was fantastic, no cut corners or messed up lines.
It was very clean and the lady took her time doing my nails. They are pretty (: but could have did a better job on the finishing after care of nails
First time there, I loved the customer service and the way Mani and Pedi came out, short, simple and cute, just the way I like them

My pedicure was painful and my color I wanted wasn't it and my big toe was hard and prickly and chunky not smooth like. A regular pedicure
