My mom wanted a cute nail design and they told her she had to get gel for that so she said okay. Then when they started on our nails, they pulled out stickers instead. They said they would not do a design only stickers. Then my lady burned my fingers twice. She bent one of the molds and now I have a crooked nail. Instead of fixing it she just filed it out. I asked for French tips and I have a straight line across my nail. My sister also got burned and her nails are crooked as well. Last time we used them they were great. This time it was horrible.
My nail spit across soon as she was done then i came back the next day to get it fixed then another nail split the same way so i drove all the way from dayton to get fixed again then they just did the whole set over and now another nail split i will never pay 65 for their service again half a** job not worth my money.
very busy little place. but I was not very happy with my nails. she nicked my cuticle and one of my nails are crooked. one hand is shorter than the other. not impressed! I scheduled an appointment for me and my daughter and ask to be seated together and done at same time, so we could have time together. and they started and then moved us at opposite ends of the spa. so our girls day together was a ruined. wont be going back!
Terrible experience for one they’re intimidated by black women . One of the ladies kept trying to say they did not do anything that I suggested . When I only asked for French . Like how is this a nail salon and you don’t do French ? (Lies to make me leave because I’m black) so I just got glitter nails ,in 10 days 4 nails came off . I came in to get it fixed . I was not greeted. There was a 30-40 minute wait a white woman came in after me was greeted asked what she wanted and was seated. Not ONE person said a word to me or acknowledged me at that point .. I was finally seated and was asked can I wait another 25-30 mins ????♀️ I called after to speak to manager . She said “she’s not here “ and her reasoning for all that was because they had appointments when I sat right there and watched them ask what people wanted I know the difference between a walk in and appointment. Fact of the matter is racism is real and the staff that has been there lately isn’t fond of black customers. Prior to this experience I only use to do pedis and there was a man and woman that was super nice ! Idk what’s been going on past month fix it ! I’ll never be in again
My second visit with the same nail tech (ying) I returned because she gave me the best pedicure in my life I was very pleased and happy and she’s very quick would definitely recommend!
Great prices and my nails look pretty good. They aren't overly nice but it's OK.
Today was my first time here. My co-workers recommend Galaxy Nail Spa to me. And I am very satisfied with the service. The lady I got took her time and asked me what I like to have done. Multiple times she asked if I was doing okay. She also made small talk throughout the process. She was very friendly.
Henry made my pedicure it was gentle and amazing job.
The place have armony and everyone is really grate. Definitely i find my place to have always a great service.
