Kim was my nail tech for a manicure with gel polish. She was gentle with the drill and didn’t hurt me at all when drilling around my cuticles. She cut my cuticles without pain or bleeding. My gel nails are perfect and look like liquid glass. The finish is so slick. All nail lengths are even, and my nails look great. Honestly, it’s the best manicure I’ve ever had. Will be back.
They did a good job. I wish they didn't talk so much so I could have relaxed more. My toes look pretty good. I'm sure white is the most difficult to paint. My feet are really smooth.
I am typically very satisfied with the quality of work done here. The last few times though, I've been rushed through, even when making an appointment. My most recent appointment took literally just 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. I timed it. I didn't even feel comfortable asking for a pedicure because they were so dismissive. I just went to another salon on the same day instead. I understand they're super busy on weekends, but it still doesn't negate good customer service by being friendly and kind. Won't be going back anymore.
My nail technician was Nancy and she did a wonderful job on my nails 11-1-2020. I felt like a valued customer during my session. She was focused on fulfilling my request for my nails. My nails are lovely and just like I wanted them.
Update: My nails are nice but if Nancy is in a rush your nails might not receive enough attention. 11-20-2020

I usually have a great experience here. Went there yesterday and it was slow. Took them 20 minutes before starting my nails. I had a picture of the nail art I wanted up on my phone the whole time the lady was doing my nails and at the end I had to ask her if she was doing the nail art and then proceeded to get mad that she didn’t see it and then when she did do it she did a poor job on it saying it’s not going to be the same but similar. Idk if it’s just me but if I want a design done, I want it just like the photo I show not “similar”. Yes It may look fine to others but it’s not what I wanted and she knew that I wanted the design and how I wanted it before starting my nails so if she couldn’t do it then she should’ve had someone else do it or not do them at all. Then the top coat on my nails are already peeling off making it look trashy. A photo of what I asked for compared to what I got is posted. Also, while using the drill she had constantly made me bleed on at least every nail once.
I did not get the chance to get my nails done here, due to poor time management. I went in with my daughter to get our nails done together, also I do not have a problem with waiting. My problem was people who walked in with no appointment was helped before us after waiting 45 minutes. Will never go back!
