I realised many years ago that I use this shop as a benchmark to judge others. None are better. These guys make chicken nuggets that are blocks of marinated chicken breast that no one has ever bettered. Try them. Just delicious.
Recently moved to the area and went to this place on a whim. I've had loads of fish and chips in my life but these are just on a next level. Absolutely beautiful food, I waited about 30 seconds for it- when it came out it was piping hot and when I got home and ate it, it was probably the best fish and chips I've had in my life. It tastes nice and fresh, the batter is beautiful and the chips are just what you want from a chip- crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The staff were friendly and welcoming and I'll definitely be coming back.

Nice chips and decent price compared to others it's our regular chippy, fish and cod bites, steak and kidney pie all lovely! Staff are friendly too!
I was treated badly several times, one of the times I made complaint but they did not accept complaints, they try to argue with you, I've worked with a customer and I'm sure they shouldn't treat customers that way. If they don't know how to deal with customers better not have a business. I hope they become friendly and treat customers better.

Lovely food but a bit pricey but massive portions so can't really complain
Food is ready almost instantly, always boiling hot and the best fish and chips in Yate and Sodbury in my opinion.
