I will not return!! They were not friendly at all !!! The lady that did my feet she cut my toe! And she didn't ask me what Pedicure I wanted. She did what she wanted to do!! Then they had another lady do my hands and she didn't want to do my nails!! The only reason why I did not push the Issue About my cut toe. Was because I did not want any trouble. The guy seemed like he could get very ugly if provoked.. I did not want the police called.. So I paid what they ask. Which was not fair because I felt like they should not have charged me for my cut toe.!! Plus they favor different people.. I wanted to see if I got a different reaction so I gave them a tip and I was right!! They were so nice after getting the tip.!!! When you pay your money to go to places like this. You want a Beautiful experience! Because you are pampering yourself.. I did not receive that.!! It was a nightmare.!!!???????????? I don't recommend this place at all! They need to change the name!! Because they are not Friendly at all!!

I was so skeptical about going here to friendly nails. However I went and was so very glad I did. Tina did an awesome job on my pedicure and I will definitely go again. I originally went because I had a gift certificate from my Co workers. Thanks Tina for a job well done. Guess you can't always go by negative reviews.

Messy sloppy job on fill-in. Nail tech that did nails was shaking as if she was nervous so I started conversation... before I could get out of my seat to go wash my hands she was headed for the door...I called talked to Tommy explained situation...Next day gentleman( not Tommy but other dude) was very unprofessional although he did fix my nails.

Treated my 13 year old daughter today with a gel manicure. I waited outside in the parking lot due to covid and crowded waiting area. When she was finished she called me to come around for her. She asked me to see her nails and that they didn't look right. The gel polish was not applied right and left ridges and bald spots on her nails (see photos). I immediately went back in to the salon to ask about them. I asked the man upfront to take a look at them. He agreed that they weren't good, however placed blame on my child that she didn't say anything to her nail tech. I reminded him that she was a child and I paid $40.00. He became belligerent and turned his back on us talking to his client about us negatively. I was very disappointed that he chose to act so unprofessional and basically dismiss her even after he saw the shotty work. I have been going here for years for services and I will never go back after today. SHAME ON THEM FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A CHILD!!!

They refused to do my eyebrows because I ask the so called eyebrow tech not to make them thin. I was trying to show her a picture of how they looked and she was acting like she couldn't make them look like they were done previously.

The lady was also talking loud so customers could hear what she was saying to me. That's was rude and unprofessional.

Me and my Daughter went for a girls day to get manicures together. Wanted to get them done at the same time but it was really busy so kinda feel like my nails were a rush job, so that the woman could hurry and get to my daughter's after mine.Its a week later and they look cracked. My daughter enjoyed the experience. Dont recommend bringing kids on busy days. The nail tech we had was very nice. Good prices.

So many people have asked about my gel polish...love it! It's been on for 3 weeks now...no peeling

Myself and my niece went to have our nails done together. Had to sit on completely opposite sides of the room which kinda defeated the purpose of having them done together to spend time with each other as she lives 4 hours away and only gets to come down a few days a year. Her nails alone were 50$ which I thought was crazy for what she got. We've both had broken nails, and chipped paint within a week of having them done.
